In general, the clinic itself and my stay there are positively evaluated. The new clinic is well equipped, a large flow of customers (from the EU), which gives them the opportunity to gain extensive experience and, as a result, do their job well. My hair transplantation procedure went as usual. 14 days have passed after the operation, while everything is going according to plan, as it should. Very friendly staff who are always in touch and ready to help. Along with this, there are moments that we didn’t like: - transfers are poorly organized - meeting at the airport does not mean that you will be met with a sign, get ready to correspond with the curator for a long time until you meet the driver; - on the one hand, a large flow of customers is good, but on the other hand, be prepared that you will not get some important information or focus on it, ask a lot of questions, both before arriving there and upon arrival; - a very uncomfortable chair (in which you spend 6-7 hours in an uncomfortable position, getting not the most pleasant procedure).

About Bookimed service

I was pleased with the services of Bookimed - useful service. I didn’t know where to address my medical question - no one among my acquaintances had approached a medical institution with similar questions - so I was pleasantly surprised by the Bookimed service. They helped and gave good advice. The only thing they didn’t say was that you need to take clothes that don’t go over your head (shirts, for example). After my surgery, I can’t wear any other clothes for a while. I didn’t think about it myself, and I only had T-shirts with me.

I really liked the doctor, he was very welcoming and competent

I did not like the fact that different prices say, first one and then the other, at the reception a displeased girl was sitting, she was very unfriendly. When we went to the doctor, she first told us the cost was higher, and when we showed that they originally sent us a different price, she agreed to it, as if there were no fixed prices at all and they were being invented on the spot. But I really liked the doctor, he was very welcoming and competent.

"It’s quite a scary thing to have any kind of surgery in a different country to your own but I feel as though I was taken care of very well by everyone at LIV hospital and I can already see the beginnings of my new shape after Dr Zeyneps excellent work!"

My procedure was liposuction to 3 areas - upper belly, lower belly and waist. My initial contact was with Dr Anna Petrikova through Bookimed. I sent my photos to her and spoke with her about possible hospitals in Turkey. She contacted some hospitals for me and came back with the recommended procedure and costs from the hospitals. Firstly mini tummy tuck with liposuction was suggested. I did not want a tummy tuck so asked Anna if she would contact the hospitals again for liposuction only and told her that I was not expecting to have the tummy of a 20 year old (I am 48), just an improvement would be acceptable. Anna came back to me with some choices for liposuction only and some prices. Don’t be afraid to ask as many questions as you want and to take your time with your decision. Anna answered all my questions as quickly as possible and did not pressurise me in any way. She was professional and very helpful at all times. Barbara from the care department at Bookimed suggested some hotels as I wanted to book my own. She came up with an apartment which was only about 10 mins from the hospital that I had decided on which was LIV hospital. I was then allocated a hospital coordinator - Nomonzaya Purevsuren. She was excellent and sorted everything to do with the hospital - taxi transfers to/from airport, accommodation and hospital, all translations with admission staff at the hospital, nurses, anethetist etc and she was in contact with me constantly. She went down to the operating theatre with me and was back at my room after my procedure to answer any questions and make sure everything was ok. I stayed at the hospital overnight and had regular contact with Nomonzaya - it was a bit like having a Personal assistant in a private hospital! I would have been lost without her and she was a great help. My surgeon at LIV hospital was Dr Zeynep Sevim. She was fluent in English and very professional. She answered any questions I had and I felt very comfortable with her - it was actually quite nice to have a female Dr. I was admitted to the hospital in the morning and after blood tests etc were carried out, my procedure was done the same afternoon. Everything went as expected and I was discharged the following afternoon. I went back to Dr Zeyneps clinic the next morning for a check up. The hospital and nursing staff were excellent and looked after me very well and although the nurses did not speak much English, Nomonzaya was always on hand. My husband was with me at the hospital most of the time and there was a pull out sofa bed in my room that he could have slept on if wanted. He was always made to feel welcome and was given food if he was there at meal times. All of this happened only 11 days ago so I am of course feeling a bit sore and bruised. I sent my updated photos to the Dr. this morning and she said that everything was looking good and I should send some more in around 2 weeks. It’s quite a scary thing to have any kind of surgery in a different country to your own but I feel as though I was taken care of very well by everyone at LIV hospital and I can already see the beginnings of my new shape after Dr Zeyneps excellent work!

Just want to express the company Bookimed for the recommendation of this clinic. In Liv Hospital, I did rhinoplasty. In general, initially considered rhinoplasty in Korea, but a kind of pricing, flight and accommodation would cost a round sum additionally, which postponed the implementation of my dream. After reading a lot of reviews on the Internet, I discovered that many are satisfied with rhinoplasty in Turkey. In general, Turkish clinics should in this plan conduct more work in self-promotion. Because the reviews are private, personal, and on the websites of the clinics themselves there is often even no information about it. So, here about my rhinoplasty: the professor Gursel Turgut operated. For me it was the first operation in my life, it was scary, but it was too late to back out))) But, all my fear was gone as soon as I came to the consultation in Liv Hospital: the hospital is difficult to name this place, the clinic is very modern, futuristic interior, all for the convenience of patients. Analyzes, anesthesiologist consultation and the next day the operation. Very qualified staff, so confident that you do not perceive that you are in a hospital. Chambers are simply wonderful, good food, nurses are constantly cared for. The result is satisfied even now (although in my case it takes time to fully appreciate it). I would like to express special thanks to the curator of the clinic: Bakhtygul Kimson, my translators Usniya and Madina, thank you for your support. Everything is very well organized in terms of transfer and patient management, you can not take care of such things and concentrate on treatment. Thank the staff of Liv Hospital for the cordial and careful treatment of patients. Everyone is very happy!
