cannot express how happy I am with the service I received at Luxdentica. In 2023, I lost all the teeth from my upper jaw and was using a regular denture for two long years. It was an extremely challenging time, and I do not wish it on anyone ever to have to wear dentures in their life. My quality of life was significantly impacted, and the only viable choice for me was to have an implant-supported overdenture.
After careful consideration and with encouragement from my wife, I chose dental tourism and decided to travel from New Jersey, USA, to Krakow to have the procedure at Luxdentica. From my first online contact with Dr. Wilisowski, I knew that I had encountered a highly professional team. Indeed, Dr. Wilisowski and an anesthesiologist who started my jaw transformation by placing implants in December 2024, and Dr. Radzikowska, who built on their work to create a perfectly aligned set of teeth in May and June 2025, were all excellent.
They took extra time to explain the whole procedure to my wife and me and addressed our concerns. I have enjoyed my new set of teeth for the past few months, and I cannot be happier. They feel perfect, actually; they feel better than my natural teeth. Dr. Radzikowska ensured that the new teeth would not create the underbite I have had all my life. Now, I eat and chew with more confidence.
I appreciate the professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness of all office employees. I also commend the clear communication with Pani Klaudia, patient care assistant, who seamlessly coordinated my appointments.
Overall, my personal experience with Luxdentica was excellent, and I recommend them to anyone in need of dental care. I am more than happy to have my routine follow-ups with this exceptional team.
