I am very satisfied. Magnetic resonance imaging performed at Luxmed arouses admiration of doctors viewing the examination. A good technician, a good camera and the effect is at the highest level. Thank you for helping the team.

Dear Mr or Mrs,
I have to complain about the quality of services you sell. 1 month ago I did the MRI (170USD), and should get the transcription of it by qualified doctor in 1 mo therm. At the end of this period I have done 2 calls to the help center and nobody was able to explain how long i should wait in advance of prescribed contract period.
Next step I am going to visit the center by my own and write an reclaim in paper form and maybe, start a court case.
Once again, I am heartly dissasitfied by level of services and waiting for explanation and getting my test results.

I don't recommend getting an MRI at this facility. The doctor who performed and described it was a complete disaster. The test was poorly done, and the description was also poorly done. It's probably because the doctor who wrote the description didn't look at the MRI. It's a complete lack of professionalism.
