⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mein Mann musste vom 12.6.19-16.6.19 in das Markus Krankenhaus Urologie Stationär aufgenommen werden.Am 12.6 war die Voruntersuchung,die sehr gut organisiert war und die OP am 13.6 vom Dr.Sohn verlief durch sein perfektes👌🏻Handgeschick einwandfrei.Die Krankenschwestern kamen ständig in das Zimmer,ohne geklingelt zuhaben und fragten ob alles in Ordnung sei.Bei Schichtwechsel sind die Krankenschwestern ständig ins Zimmer gekommen und haben die Patienten gegrüßt,sie f…ragten ob alles in Ordnung sei.Die Nachtschwester kam ins Zimmer begrüßten die Patienten und fragte ob sie noch etwas tun kann und es wurde eine gute Nacht gewünscht.Krankenhausaufenthalt ist nie schön,aber ein Trost hatte es schon tolles Personal und Top Aussicht.Ich möchte mich beim Dr.Sohn und am gesamten Team sowie die Grünen Damen bedanken für die gute Fürsorge und Pflege.Salvatore & Sonja

Bin gerade in der CPU Notfall Ambulanz und hier sind 2 Schwestern die sehr unfreundlich sind obwohl wir sehr höflich zu ihnen sind aber die Stimmung könnte ziemlich schnell kippen 😡😤 vor 2 Monaten waren wir schonmal hier da war eine Schwester aus Kroatien die war sehr höflich ...

Die Notaufnahme ist die reinste Katastrophe. Die Pflegekraft war überfordert, unfreundlich und unorganisiert. Ich habe mich nach vier Stunden gewagt zu fragen, wie die weitere Vorgehensweise ist. Das war schon zu viel. Man soll nicht mit Menschen arbeiten, wenn man keine Menschen mag. Ein junger Arzt oder Student keine Ahnung der keine Verantwortung übernehmen möchte. Mir mitgeteilt, dass ich über die Nacht nicht bleiben muss und meiner Familie- ich kann die Patienten nicht zwingen hier zu bleiben. Sie möchte raus. Was soll das!!! Vor allem warum?! Ich hoffe wirklich, dass sie alle einfach nur einen schlechten Tag hatten und das es sich hierbei nicht um die Krankenhaus-Mentalität handelt.

I was admitted to a hospital for the first time, and as an international student living in a foreign country, I was honestly very scared. I didn’t know what was wrong with my body or how I would heal. My Hausarzt recommended I go to the emergency center, where I spent about 4 hours on a Monday evening. The medical team did all the necessary tests, and later I was told I needed to be admitted.
I stayed in the hospital for 4 days. The hospital staff were very kind and helpful. Although my German isn't very good, the doctors explained everything to me clearly in English, which made me feel safe and understood. Some nurses didn't speak much English, but they were so compassionate and made every effort to communicate with me using simple words and gestures. The rooms,. corridors and everything was very clean.
Each morning, tests were done, and the doctors made their rounds to check on patients. Any time I needed something, I could press the call button, and someone from the staff would arrive within minutes.
During my stay, I received 3 meals a day and was even given a Speisekarte (menu) to choose my food from. The food was good, and I was also allowed to eat meals prepared by friends. Visiting hours were from 1–7 PM, and visitors were welcome.
Overall, I felt very well cared for during a difficult time. I’m truly grateful to the team at Markus Krankenhaus for their kindness and professionalism.
