Honestly, the parking situation here is quite disappointing. Most of the spaces seem to be "reserved" - I'm guessing for VIPs or something? As a patient, I end up driving around for 15-20 minutes just looking for a spot. What really got to me was seeing hospital staff members also struggling to find parking. If their own employees are having trouble, imagine what patients go through. Other corporate hospitals in the city handle this much better. Apollo really needs to sort this out.

It was quite satisfying to know that Apollo Homecare provides such a wonderful service for patients recovering at home. The physician Dr. Vishwasrao examined the patient quite thoroughly, made detailed enquiries and instilled in her the confidence she needed after the surgery. The subsequent physio-therapy sessions were undertaken by Dr Abdul who was amazing in getting the required exercises done from the patient. Patient was satisfied with his professionalism and regularity. We hope that Apollo Homecare continues to serve the same way in future. This service is hugely beneficial for patients recovering from a major surgery. Thank you

Apollo Hospitals has a great infrastructure is certainly impressive. The facilities are modern, clean, and well-maintained, which is reassuring when you’re seeking medical care. Everything seems to be in place for a smooth and comfortable experience, from well-equipped treatment areas to patient rooms that feel more like a hotel room than a hospital. But, there’s one issue that really stood out to me: the parking charges. They charge 30 rupees for a bike, and even more for a car, which honestly feels frustrating. When you come to a hospital, you’re often in a vulnerable situation, whether it’s for your own health or that of a loved one. Having to pay extra just to park your vehicle seems like an added financial burden, especially when people are already dealing with stress, trauma, or uncertainty. It’s a small fee, but it feels a bit like taking advantage of people in a difficult time. Another thing I found a bit strange was the presence of places like Café Coffee Day within the hospital. While I get that it’s nice to have a place to grab a coffee or a snack, it also feels like a hospital is becoming more of a business than a place of healing. The food options are on the pricier side, and I couldn’t help but wonder if the hospital’s priorities are shifting more toward making money than providing affordable, compassionate care. That said, the medical care itself is top-notch. The doctors and staff are skilled and knowledgeable, and you can tell that they are committed to providing the best care possible. But when you’re paying for treatment, parking fees, food, and everything else, it starts to feel like you’re being charged for every little thing. It makes you wonder if hospitals are starting to operate more like businesses rather than places where people go to heal. If you’re looking for somewhere that provides top-tier medical care and don’t mind paying extra for the convenience, then this place is for you. But if you’re seeking a hospital experience that feels more about healing and less about profits, you might want to look elsewhere.

Apollo Hospitals, Jubilee Hills (Deluxe Suite Stay) Apollo Jubilee Hills has always been known for its excellent doctors and medical treatments — a true landmark in healthcare. Over the years, my family and friends have been admitted here more than 50 times, and we have consistently appreciated the competence of the doctors, nurses, and emergency team. Unfortunately, the overall standards of hygiene, hospitality, and service have declined noticeably. The rooms lack proper upkeep, and there seems to be a lax attitude from certain staff members. The Manager on Duty was slow to respond and ineffective in addressing concerns. During this stay, I found a cockroach in the room at 8:00 AM and immediately sent a video to the MOD (Mrs. Kala). Shockingly, there was no response even after 10 hours — an unacceptable lapse in patient care. The backend team appears completely unresponsive. Other operational issues add to the inconvenience: Most elevators are closed on Sundays and after 8 PM on other days. The parking staff behaves rudely with patient attendants, instructing cars to be moved in an unprofessional manner. Despite staying in a Deluxe Suite, the experience was far from satisfactory. As of 6:00 PM on 10 August, I have reported all these concerns to MOD Ramana and requested the complaint register — I am still awaiting it. Apollo continues to have excellent medical professionals, but the administrative, housekeeping, and hospitality standards urgently need attention to match the quality of its clinical care. “Come here for the doctors, not for the experience.”
