I were there at the hospital for the last two weeks. They're providing literally a wonderful treatment. The doctors are real experts and doing the best. The nursing care also should be appreciated. The rooms are also well maintained and hygienic. The food and delivery service is also admirable especially Mr.Sickey Guria (Liv blends staff) provided exceptional service with a smile! He served us with full manners and good behavior, making our experience truly memorable.
Behavior and manners make all the difference in providing excellent services.

We had a great experience at Aster Medcity. The hospital is well-organized, clean, and equipped with modern facilities. The doctors and nurses were professional, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout. The process was smooth, and the care provided was excellent.
During my hospital visit, I noticed some behaviors that need improvement. I kindly request visitors to follow these:
1. Keep Phones Silent – Switch your phone to silent or vibrate mode.
2. Speak Softly – Keep your voice low to avoid disturbing patients.
3. Limit Phone Use – Avoid long calls or playing loud videos or Step outside or to a designated area for phone calls.
4. Use Toilets Properly – Flush, keep them clean, and leave them tidy for the next user. The cleaning staff does their best, but it’s our responsibility to maintain cleanliness.
5. Avoid Bringing Young Children – They may be prone to infections or cause disturbances.
Let’s be considerate and help maintain a peaceful environment.

While the presentation and service can be considered superb, there are some areas which are lacking perfection. VISITORS AREA OUTSIDE LABOUR ROOM* Either number visitors should be restricted in this waiting area, or seating capacity should be increased. There were 16 persons as visitors for one patient occupying all seats there. Literally I had to stand for 3.5 hours here having no vacant seat as I was the only bystander for my patient.

I am utterly disappointed with their service. I came here at 1.15 to see a dermatologist and had been waiting for 2 hours but couldn't see the doctor. I am not blaming the doctor as she is the only available dermatologist and there were too many patients waiting to see her. But had the booking agent/receptionist told me about the long wait, I could have made an alternative booking for another day. Please give due respect to everybody who come to your hospital as we also have other stuff to do.. Please give instructions to your staff about how busy the doctor is before taking any new bookings so that patients like me can make informed decisions. And a smile or a courtious behaviour is highly appreciated.
