After several years, I'm now able to share my traumatic experience. Women, don't go to this company. Honestly. And you'll say, "She says that because she couldn't get pregnant." And that wasn't entirely true. I did get pregnant, but I had a biochemical abortion (around week 5). I'm telling you not to go because of how they treated me during the abortion. I couldn't get a doctor to see me. Dripping with blood and practically in pain inside and out, they wouldn't let me see a doctor or a psychologist to help me. I was practically in the way at the counter for new clients. About a month later, their psychologist called me as per protocol (included in the payment) to check on me. She also gave me terrible advice. But the best part was, after waiting a year, when they called me from social security to start the treatment, I was surprised to find that the same man, Dr. Juan Fontes from Avantia, cold and distant, was actually the one who was handling my treatment there. He treated me as if he'd never met me, even though he'd seen my vagina a few times. And they only gave me one chance. These doctors shouldn't work in the public and private sectors at the same time, in something that moves so much money tied to hope. It's unethical. They'll try to get you to go private. After all, at this company, once they get paid, the welcome butterflies end and the unpleasant treatment from their doctors and customer service begins.
