Vein diagnostics:

  • Extensive, precise Duplex ultrasonography of blood vessels, using the most advanced USD equipment: General Electric Logiq E9, General Electric Venue 40, Esaote My Lab 70 XVG, Toshiba Aplio MX, Toshiba Aplio XG, PHILIPS Sparq, PHILIPS IU 22
  • Pre-operative marking of veins (mapping), using duplex sonography.
  • Performing angiography using multi-layer computer tomography - 3D image reconstruction.
  • Time of flight MR Venography;
  • Other laboratory, visual and functional diagnostic methods.

Vein treatment:

  • Endoluminal laser vein surgery (endoluminal thermocoagulation) – EVLT (Biolitec Cerales 1470 Nm diodes laser, Biolitec Cerales 980 Nm, Dornier Medtech Medilas D980 Nm diodes laser);
  • Endoluminal steam vein surgery (endoluminal thermocoagulation)  - brand new technologie steam veins sclerosis by CERMA vein sclerosis system by means of steam;
  • Endoluminal radiofrequency vein surgery (obliteration) – RFO (VNUS Medical Technologies 6301 Premier radiofrequency unit);
  • Surgery using Bio Glue - this is not thermal or chemical ablation method. A vein is glued up from the inside using special bioglue.(Venaseal Sapheon Closure system).
  • Classic vein surgery;
  • Vein surgery according to Varady method (miniphlebectomy) with minimal, 1-2mm long skin incisions


Treatment of cosmetic defects:

  • Conservative therapy (compressions, medicamnt therapy);
  • Schlerotherapy (liquid techniques, foam techniques, foam technique under ultrasonography control), using halogen light equipment  Veinlite transilluminator  to ensure better accuracy;
  • Transcutaneous lasertherapy – closing of the tiniest blood capillaries on the face, legs and transcutaneous closing of small veins with  intense pulsed light (IPL) or laser (lasers of Lumenis Nd/Yag, Wavelight  MAYDON Nd/Yag, Biolitec 980 Nm diodes, lasers of Dornier 980 Nm diodes, Wavelight  KTP lasers, Lumenis Quantum SR IPL equipment);
  • Thermocoagulation – revolutionary method for fighting blood vessel netting, teleangiectasy and rosacea. Use of thermocoagulation results in immediate disappearance of unwanted blood vessels on legs, face and other body parts (TC 3000)
  • Removal of skin pigmentation caused by poor veins (Wavelight Sinon, Q-Swich laser).
