Tolle Kollegen in der Pflege

Nachdem ich bei meiner Hausärztin mit starken Herzschmerzen und Druck auf der Brust mit einer einfachen Überweisung zum Kardiologen (A wäre nicht nötig, da nicht lebensbedrohlich wäre , Ärztin hat mich nicht mal untersucht, lief alles über die Schwester) abgewießen wurde, war ich froh als die nette Schwester in der Notaufnahme mir sagte, daß hier kein Patient abgewiesen wird. Ich erwischte leider einen typischen Montag und mußte über 5Std in dem kleinen Wartezimmer verbringen. War mir alles recht, hauptsache mir wird geholfen. Ein akuter Herzinfarkt wurde schließlich mit EKG und Labor ausgeschlossen. Das beruhigt mich ein bischen. LangzeiEKG und Herzultraschall wurden noch terminiert. Das die Beschwerden immer noch da sind, dafür können sie ja nichts, also bin ich mit der Betreuung zufrieden. (Hoffe einfach ist nix schlimmes und vielleicht doch die Hormone) Allerdings müssen sie unbedingt was wegen dem Datenschutz tuhen. Erstmal bekommt man jedes Gespräch, Telefonat mit Namen etc da im Wartezimmer genau mit und was mich am meisten geärgert hat, die Zwischen bzw Entlassgespräche wurden im Wartezimmer abgehalten , wo jeder von jedem dann alles mitbekam. Das war schon sehr unangenehm und hat mit Datenschutz absolut nix zu tuhen. Da muß sich dringend was ändern. Ich bin selber in der Medizin und kenne mich da schon gut aus. Trotzdem danke an die fleißigen Schwestern und Ärzte , die da ununterbrochen von einem zum anderen gerannt sind. Es war kein Stuhl mehr frei im Wartezimmer.

Die Mitarbeiter der Notaufname sind wahnsinnig nett, einfühlsam zuvorkommend und natürlich fachlich überaus kompetent. Ich habe mich noch nie an einem Ort wie diesen wohl -und sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Dankeschön!!

Overall, I experienced a great deal of professionalism, ethics, and high standards from the staff at the Dresden Heart Center, especially Dr. Maria and the reception team. Only one employee behaved differently, but it didn't ruin my day. As a foreigner, I received excellent treatment and advice. The fact that the staff even speaks English demonstrates their professionalism.

Ich hab dort eine Bypass Operation über mich ergehen lassen müssen. Bin von der Aufnahme, über die Operation sowie der Nachbehandlung immer sehr freundlich und nett behandelt worden. Das Essen war auch völlig in Ordnung. Man konnte auch mal rum scherzen. Aber wie man in den Wald reinruft kommt es auch zurück. Das Herzzentrum Dresden kann man nur empfehlen.

2 Tage im HZZ Dresden, vollgepackt mit Fragen, Untersuchungen und Ergebnissen. Die Mitarbeiter sind durchweg professionell, freundlich und geduldig. Da das Untersuchungsergenbis auch noch positiv war, konnte ich beruhigt nach Hause fahren. Danke an das HZZ.

Die Wartezeiten sind leider schrecklich , auch das absagen von OP Terminen per Telefon ist sehr grenzwertig ... Wenn man allerdings dann „ dran“ ist ... Kann man diese Klinik nur empfehlen, die Ärzte , aber vor allem die Schwestern und alle diese Menschen die helfen , ihr macht so einen GROßARTIGEN Job, ich ziehe meinen Hut vor Euch, Danke das es Euch gibt und ich hoffe und bete das in dieser Branche endlich das Personal aufgestockt und nicht eingespart wird !!!! 2020 jährt sich mein zweiter Geburtstag zum neunten mal. Ich bin Dr. med. Utz Kappert immernoch sehr dankbar für das top Operrationsergebnis. Auch die super Betreuung und Pflege war ohne jeden Tadel. Trotz Termin habe ich vier Stunden gewartet, ohne dass irgendwas passiert wäre. Die Schwester war bemüht zu helfen, aber da dort offensichtlich die Rechte nicht weiß, was die Linke tut, kam dabei auch nichts heraus. Den Termin habe ich abgebrochen, das Herz wird schon weiter schlagen...
