Horrible horrible doctors and staff at this hospital, standing around and gossiping instead of helping the patients that are brought in the emergency room. Dr Sarahi Elizabeth Valdez Acosta, with your lack of empathy, unprofessional attitude, and rude behaviour, YOUR LICENSE SHOULD BE REVOKED!

I had a very good experience today in the hospital urgencia with my leg trauma. Everything was smooth and pretty fast. Special thanks for doctor Pedro Marozzi, and all the team!

Terrible experience. Absolutely terrible. I went to the emergency room because I literally had a medical emergency and I had to wait hours and hours only to find out they closed my case because I was outside for a bit while waiting. I had to reopen my case and they said I would have to wait as much as I waited earlier. At this point I thought I’d be able to see a doctor after I’m dead. The international team that was supposed to help me with the translation was not attentive, not responsive, and not present when the help was needed. Especially the woman in hijab did a terrible job. I asked a question and she just said I can go ask at reception myself where no one really spoke English. She didn’t give a shit. I said I couldn’t communicate with them well, and she said she will come but never showed up. I was just left there feeling lost and helpless. What’s the point of having an international team when you don’t even respond to the messages and don’t even show up when the help is needed? And they didn’t give me anything aside from a piece of paper that says something about diet and they charged me 200 euros for seeing the doctor for 10 mins. Not even a prescription for my symptoms. Absolutely disappointed. I would never want to visit again.

One of the most horrible experiences in my life! It's been already 50!!! minutes since I wait in a electronic queue to go to mammography, despite I had an appointment. What for shall I wait to get a second “cita” if I already have one? And only one out of four windows is open at a registry desk. Poor management

The best facility of the hospital is the international support team. Significant advantage in Spain where your English+ simple Spanish is not enough to communicate in emergency or sickness situations. Very active, polite, helpful and kind girls providing translation, guidance, booking, and assistance as needed. Special thanks for Seena Um Muhammed, And the two nice girls both named Mariam for their outstanding care. Precautions during covid time are assuring, starting from triage areas in the ER, dividing the waiting area to ( respiratory/ non respiratory). The hospital is clean and equipped with average modern facilities. However, quality of the medical service provided by doctors are highly variable. I was treated by good caring doctors most of the times, and wasn’t lucky in rare occasions with carless, weak ones.
