Absolutely outstanding service. We had travel insurance and we paid an excess of £75 all other costs were taken care of by our Insurance but this private hospital was so amazing and new, very clean, all workers are professional. Absolute exceptional service from Dr Andreas, he just went above and beyond for us and was very sweet and friendly with our children to make them comfortable. We cannot thank you enough for all your kindness. Another special thank you to Derek on recption just outstanding and being very patient as we had to make a claim and get details with out travel insurance and he was so calm and lovely and helped us fill the forms. Literally one of the best medical services I had in EU. The hospital is freshly renovated and extremely clean. The stuff is pleasant and english-speaking. They prescribed me medication after a quick check this evening and I already have a huge relief. 100% recommended (only one significant minus is that you need to wait up to 2 hours to see doctor, but in my experience it's pretty fast as for EU hospital)

Had an accident while on holiday in Benidorm. My insurance company sent me to IMED Le Vante Benidorm. From my initial contact with staff in the emergency department to seeimg the Dr and nursing staff was impeccable. Staff spoke and understood english, all areas immaculately clean. Care i received was amazing. Thank you for such a postive experience of having to receive emergency care while on holiday. Keep up the good work. 😃

I've just spent 6 days/nights at the Imed after slipping in my Apartment bathroom breaking my arm & damaging a nerve. I have Never experienced unhelpful & rough~handling in all my 61 years as a Healthcare professional in the UK. Despite having a full arm/hand in plaster, only 2 members of staff offered to help me cut up food or open packets when meals were brought in packets. Staff watched me struggle to plump up pillows & still no offer of help. I had to ask for my bed to be changed after 4 days, as it was smelly (Thank God for Donna~English HCA, who also gave me a body~wash). I was woken from my operation stark naked being moved from one bed to another & had to ask to be covered up, (I had a gown on from chest down at start of op).ditto request for pain relief shortly after, as none was forthcoming. We waited over 7 hours for a Fit to Fly letter on the final day, which Nobody asked for at the Airport. Staff would bring me tablets in a pot & each time I had to ask what they were for (sometimes given in pop~out form, so difficulty accessing once again). Staff were very rough when cannula kept coming out, stabbing for more veins at the back of my hand without asking if painful. My husband was advised to go to Reception on our Floor by Patrick (Liaison man) to discuss things, only to be told to "Go downstairs to the Main Reception, we can't help you". I honestly have never encountered such rude & unhelpful staff throughout, bar the Surgeon, Isa, Manuel & Donna. The whole experience has put me off Benidorm completely, after 40+years of travelling there.I implore ANYONE to go to the General Hospital instead. This has been a truly traumatic experience.

Seen very quickly without having to wait. Great fast and efficient service provided and all paperwork completed and receptionist spoke very good English. Very well looked after by all the staff and surgeon was excellent. All nurses very helpful especially Monica. Made my experience and stay in hospital when I broke my ankle as best as could be. Could not recommend the Levante Hospital enough. Would thoroughly have no hesitation in recommending.

Me gustaría hacer una queja, sobre el servicio de cardiología, sobre el sistema de atención a los pacientes, soy paciente de adeslas, cualquier intervención médica y consulta las realizó siempre en dicho hospital, es mi centro médico de referencia para todo, pero en el día de ayer 19,02,2020 me pusieron un holter, que he tenido 24 h, y en el día de la fecha he ido a que me lo quitaran, simplemente el hecho de quitarlo había mucha gente y he esperado, cuando me han atendido p…or circunstancias se me ha olvidado la tarjeta médica, yo entiendo que ka soliciten para todo, pero llevo mi dni, y la tarjeta se me olvidó, he sido atendido y la chica que me ha atendido me ha dicho que sin ka tarjeta no me pueden atender, y que tengo que pedir autorización para quitarme el holter, un aparato que es propiedad del hospital, que únicamente es quitarlo, y que si quería que esperase, a que Adeslas mexde autorización para quitárselo, no me ha parecido correcto, me he ido a un lavabo y me lo he quitado y se lo he entregado a la chica, por que ella mismo me ha ofrecido que ne lo dejara puesto hasta,que trajera la tarjeta o tuviera consulta con el medico, que la tengo mañana día 21, no es una queja, es un malestar, porxque después de estar 24 h y la molestia que conlleva , me ha dicho ka chica que no me darán los resultados, yo se lo he entregado y ustedes botella mismo sabe que aparato he tenido puesto , creo que lisxresultados seria fácil recuperarlos, solo mostrarles mi malestar por la situación y el poco tacto a ka hora de la atención, ta que únicamente es quitarmelo algo que es du vuestra propiedad, por lo demás muchas geacias

Las urgencias en este hospital son malísimas, falta de profesionalidad impresionante. Una pena ya que el resto del hospital suele funcionar muy bien, los profesionales del centro de Teulada, perfectos, impecables, profesionales, las urgencias en el hospital de Benidorm, mejor salir corriendo antes de que te atienda alguna médico desalmada con mucha falta de profesionalidad y de humanidad, parece mentira que sea una empresa privada. La dirección debería tomar medidas con el personal de urgencias, para que sepan que el lugar de trabajo no es un mercado donde se va a cotillear como marujas, se va a atender a las personas que van allí por algo importante, no por placer. Acabamos ingresando en el hospital HCB Benidorm la misma noche que en urgencias del IMED no nos atendieron.
