I had Vaser lipo on my upper arms and back with Dr. Alfa and I’m honestly so happy with the results. Before the procedure, Karen, the coordinator, was amazing – super helpful, responded really quickly to all my emails and made everything really easy to understand. Dr. Alfa was fantastic too: professional, friendly, and really informative during the consultation, which made me feel comfortable from the start. The procedure was quicker than I expected, I was in early morning and out by the afternoon. It was of course a bit painful and I did throw up on the way home, but recovery has been really smooth. (I’d 100% recommend booking at least 8 lymphatic massages if you’re getting this done, they made such a difference!) I’ve healed up nicely and the results are honestly life changing. I’ve been insecure about my arms most of my life, and I’m so glad I finally went ahead with it. Huge thank you to Dr. Alfa, Karen, and the whole Manchester Private Hospital team!

I am compelled to share my utterly frustrating experience with this company, specifically regarding a phone interaction with a receptionist named Paris. From the outset, the call was a disaster. Instead of acknowledging my concerns for someone I know, she immediately became repetetitve as if shes a robot made in china, the temu version of course. As I began to explain the reason for my call, Paris consistently interrupted me, showing a complete lack of interest in understanding my issue. Her responses were vague, unhelpful, and delivered with an air of impatience that was incredibly off-putting. It felt as though I was inconveniencing her simply by calling. There was no attempt to offer solutions or direct me to someone who could assist me better. What truly escalated my frustration was her blatant unprofessionalism. During our conversation, her lack of acknowledgement made it clear that my call was not her priority and simply wanted to get me off the phone. her tone was dismissive, and she seemed more interested in ending the call than resolving my query. Paris's behaviour was not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude. She is a terrible representative for this company, and this experience has left me with a very poor impression. Private cosmetic olaces want your money, once they have taken it, your on your own. Well done Paris for successfully earning your £7.50 hourly wage which you’ll probably spend on a strawberry vape from the corner shop anyway.

Had an uplift and implant 4 months ago and I’m pretty much back to where I started. I told the surgeon on my last visit that I wasn’t happy and was more or less told tuff. At first I couldn't fault the hospital and was very happy with the level of care I received but since I’ve had the procedure I feel that I have just been left. I am now looking for a different hospital and a different surgeon to help make me feel more comfortable in my body.

I have had 4 sessions of IPL to treat my rosacea and I'm really happy with the results so far. I've seen a significant reduction in my redness and improvement to my overall skin texture. Lucy is really nice and attentive and puts a lot of effort into the treatments. Would definitely reccomend.
