I’m a staff nurse at Max Hospital and recently had to be admitted to the ICU due to illness. It was a tough time, but Dr. Anish and the entire ICU team gave me excellent care and support. Thanks to them, I recovered well . I truly appreciate their kindness, professionalism, and the way they stood by me. Thank you to the whole team — I’m proud to work alongside you all.

I recently lost my mother due to the treatment she received at MAX HOSPITAL, SUSHANT LOK hospital. Our experience with the emergency and nephrology departments was extremely painful. Focus was all on making money , taking signatures with their false statements . I’ll never recommend so-called ‘Dr.’ Yogesh Man Anand, Bharat, the emergency team, or the staff. They are making money off patients’ health. Please never trust this hospital. I lost my mother because of them today. They provided forged reports and unnecessary medicines. Please be careful and avoid this hospital and above medical team.

Subject: Concern/ disappointment about Discharge at Max Hospital Gurgaon. Dear Hospital Administration, We have visited Max hospital many times for consultations to Dr Farooqi and Dr Ayush ( Who are caring and excellent at their line) and admitted couple of times, we recently had experienced that left me concerned, particularly regarding the discharge information provided. On 18/9/25 , my husband was discharged with information stated on summary “there’s no designated ICU for TB patient hence refer to other TB centre” ( refer to photo attached ) where he was isolated in ICU room at Max for 1 night prior to discharge. We went to the TB centre refer by Dr. Sakshi and Dr Shivanshu by ICU ambulance with BP medicine given (norad )but that centre rejected us as it wasn’t reserve by hospital in advance stating there’s no bed and told us to find other centre. We struggled to get admission and finally got admission at Fortis hospital later in the night. The specifics of the issue were why listing your Max hospital for best TB hospital which is complete opposite or you treated patient based on influenced? Not sure. I hope Max hospital can review this incident and consider improvements to ensure better integrity, avoid physical and mentally exhausting experience to other patient in future. Very mismanaged hospital! Both my sons were planned for minor surgeries on the same day and were to be shifted into a double occupancy room and they did not provide a room till 5pm, while the surgeries were completed by 11am . Both boys were in different places, one in patient lounge and one in ICU and my husband and I took care of a boy each on separate floor . Even after preplanning 10 days ahead, this is the situation. Very sad! Besides this, the AC in the room did not work till 1 am (after multiple complaints, finally worked later in the night) The next morning boys were discharged and only one of them could go home and the other was still in the hospital because of poor communication between departments at hospital. So he had to stay at the hospital for another night. why?!!!! Wish there were negative rating for this hospital!! The only positive was We had a wonderful doctor Vidhur Jyothi who was so helpful and managed my son’s surgery perfectly!

Very nice experience. My wife was admitted there from 9 oct to 11 oct under Dr Suman Lal. she is very polite, humble and expert doctor. she is very confident in the subject matter and explain things very clearly. Nursing staff is also very nice and cooperative. I would rate the care and nursing staff best among all the hospitals I have ever visited including Medanta Gurgaon.
