Ich hatte sehr große schmerzen im rechten Knie und konnte mich nur noch eingeschränkt bewegen. Ich bekam sofort einen Termin bei Herr Dr.Dietz, dieser hat am gleichen Tag, Untersucht, Flüssigkeit im Knie entfernt, Blutabnahme für das Labor, Röntgen und MRT am gleichen Tag bei der Radiologie im MMC durchführen lassen mit Diagnose. Die Therapie und den Behandlungsprozess bewerte ich mit 5 Sterne.

Wurde von Dr. Nürnberger operiert und die OP muss nochmal durchgeführt werden. Dr. Nürnberger ist nicht mehr in der Praxis beschäftigt und nicht mehr erreichbar für ehemalige Patienten.

Extremely unprofessional, uncompassionate and disrespectful front desk service. I’ve been trying to obtain critical medication for two weeks now. The first prescription was erroneously filled out and the pharmacy denied handing out the medicine. After numerous emails and telephone calls I felt helpless and decided to pop in. The ride takes 40mins… only to learn that I missed an appointment I wasn’t aware of in the first place. The member of staff started mocking me in a denigrating way. Way to go, MMC! I highly recommend giving it a second thought if you want to trust your health in the hands of such miserable health service workers. Btw, the doctor herself is great but — mind you — getting through to her is virtually mission impossible.

Hatte vor 11/2 Jahren eine Knie OP (neues Kniegelenk) bei Dr. Gehr. Bin immer noch begeistert. Schmerzfrei, volle Bewegungsfreiheit und verglichen mit anderen Kniepatienten eine sehr kleine Narbe.Kann die Klinik und den Opetatör nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Ich war bei Dr. Huschke zu einer OP in der Metropol Medical Clinic. Vorgespräche, OP, Krankenhausaufenthalt sind gut verlaufen und ich habe mich sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Nachbetreuung läuft unkompliziert und gut.

Eine sammlung guter Ärzte. Bin sowohl dort bei einem Hausarzt als auch Orthopäde. Sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht und kurze Wartezeiten.

Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Mann kann nicht mal normal reden, arrogantes Personal am Telefon sowie am Empfang. Laut Termin musste ich trotzdem sehr lange Warten.

Anfangs zufrieden. Vereinbarter Termin wurde nicht eingehalten, stattdessen neuer Termin mit Weiterbehandlung durch anderen Arzt, dadurch musste mein Mann, da er beruflich sehr gebunden ist die schon längere Behandlung abbrechen.Schade.
