The service from the nurses was fairly good. I have to say that they are very very very slow in responding. They do not do checkup more than once a day. You always have to contact the staff and they take their sweet time to come help. I have been here for 4 days now. I came in for stomach pain and after a scooter accident. They still have not looked me for injuries related to accident. I have no idea what they aRe giving. I have IV attached to me 24/7 but its empty 20/24h. When i call the staff i feel like i am bothering them. They barely speak english. How am i to explain how i am doing when the other party can’t even understand me? They can definitely use some translation devices. Because at this point i fear they aren’t treating me for the right reason. Food options are just terrible like any other hospital but I’d hope they atleast have eggs or toast for breakfast. None. The hospital is tidy. The rooms are big. There is tv but you need to buy internet and headphones to watch it. There is central AC so it gets very hot if you open window. Cleaning staff is quite punctual and good. Patents are not allowed outside the building. Visiting hours are very flexible which in my opinion is great. This place made me feel like a money machine as the longer i stay more money they make. I forgot to mention that during the xray and MRI scan the staff were very hostile. And upon arrival they were extremely insistent on payment methods instead of actually healing me. I don’t think its a bad service if you are a local. As a tourist forget this place.

Lamentable trato. Estaba de vacaciones y acudí dos veces por una grave infección en el ojo. La ultima vez me pusieron un urbason que no hizo nada. No tienen oftalmólogo de urgencias. Tuve que cancelar mis vacaciones y volver a casa para conseguir un diagnóstico y un tratamiento acertado.

Llevo viniendo a esta clínica toda mi vida y pocas veces he coincidido con algún profesional antipático o que haya cometido errores. Igualmente, son humanos y se equivocan, los médicos no son dioses, que parece que nos cuesta entenderlo. Casi siempre me han atendido rápido en urgencias y los días que no ha sido así, mehe sentado a esperar porque entiendo que hay gente delante de mí o pacientes más graves que yo. Menos mal que está esta clínica en Ibiza, la verdad.

I have been extremely happy with the care I've received throughout my whole pregnancy and labour with my son. Special thanks to obstetrician, Dr Zanini, for the excellent support I received during the 9 months of pregnancy, and to midwife, Maribel, for her fantastic care during a very long labour and delivery. Both going beyond normal duties to ensure my baby arrived safely. During the most vulnerable period of a woman's life, it's excellent medics like this that make you feel secure, in control and listened to that make all the difference to your whole birth experience, so thank you. I also enjoyed the 48 hours stay in the hospital with my partner after the birth. We were given the VIP Suite, and the food and attention during the stay was perfect. We were given all the help we needed to take great care of our new arrival.

Horrible, personal administrativo poco preparado y nada empático, se les estropean las máquinas con muchísima frecuencia, como el mamógrafo, y les da exactamente igual lo que tarden en arreglarlo, incluso les hace gracia

Muy mala experiencia con la doctora Messino Riveros de urgencias!Acudi con mi novio por una grave reacción alérgica al veneno (savia) de una planta y sin ni siquiera mirarlo ni preguntarle le diagnostico una Blefaroconjuntivitis, recomendando remedios totalmente erronoes, cuando en realidad lo que tenia que tomar era un antiestaminico para evitar la reacción alérgica.

No he puesto cero estrella porque no se puede. Simplemente SIN COMPETENCIAS. Vamos a urgencia con nuestra Bebé de 9 meses y en 3 ‘medicos’ jovenes no pediatras no consiguen hacer una diagnosis clara, ni le toman medidas, y bromeando entre ellos dicen ‘apunta varicela y ya se verá’. Resulta que NO era varicela si no Virus Coxsackie. Inaceptable la baja profesionalidad y sobretodo la nula humildad a la hora de no admitir que no sabían.
