Mientras me encontraba de vacaciones en la isla me tuvieron que operar de urgencia y no puedo tener más que palabras de agradecimiento, tanto para la Dra. Marta Recio, por su rápido diagnóstico y resolución, como al resto del equipo que me atendio en urgencias, en quirofano y en la habitacion mientras estuve ingresada. Se agradece que en una situacion asi haya un equipo tan cualificado y humano.

Lamentable trato. Estaba de vacaciones y acudí dos veces por una grave infección en el ojo. La ultima vez me pusieron un urbason que no hizo nada. No tienen oftalmólogo de urgencias. Tuve que cancelar mis vacaciones y volver a casa para conseguir un diagnóstico y un tratamiento acertado.

Disgusting. Poor service and incompetent people. I would really suggest to pick up another location and to not go here, it’s just a waste of money and time. Not even the doctor didn’t realise what my son had, but also he prescribed us with lots (wrong) medication. My son has 5 years old. Only after we paid they told me, ( because I asked) the the doctor who checked him was a general gp and not a Pediatrician, which was my first request. On top of that, never seen in my life such a rude receptionist. One star is event too much for them

The service from the nurses was fairly good.
I have to say that they are very very very slow in responding. They do not do checkup more than once a day. You always have to contact the staff and they take their sweet time to come help.
I have been here for 4 days now. I came in for stomach pain and after a scooter accident.
They still have not looked me for injuries related to accident. I have no idea what they aRe giving. I have IV attached to me 24/7 but its empty 20/24h.
When i call the staff i feel like i am bothering them. They barely speak english. How am i to explain how i am doing when the other party can’t even understand me? They can definitely use some translation devices. Because at this point i fear they aren’t treating me for the right reason.
Food options are just terrible like any other hospital but I’d hope they atleast have eggs or toast for breakfast. None.
The hospital is tidy. The rooms are big. There is tv but you need to buy internet and headphones to watch it. There is central AC so it gets very hot if you open window.
Cleaning staff is quite punctual and good. Patents are not allowed outside the building. Visiting hours are very flexible which in my opinion is great.
This place made me feel like a money machine as the longer i stay more money they make. I forgot to mention that during the xray and MRI scan the staff were very hostile. And upon arrival they were extremely insistent on payment methods instead of actually healing me.
I don’t think its a bad service if you are a local. As a tourist forget this place.

Me han operado con microcirugia de laringe muy bien. Tenia mucho miedo pero el Dr Alonso dice que salio bien fue muy atento y agradable conmigo y casi no me ha dolido nada. Y el equipo de quirofano muy majos todos. Solo tengo que decir algo malo fue la comida la sopa era agua pura pero me da igual por lo bien que me han operado.

A huge thank you to the Policlinica Rosario and all it’s staff ‘receptionist, porters , cleaners , the main man for keeping it going , physio team , but most of all my surgeon Dra Sarah Cortes who has given me a new knee and fixed my ankle , I now walk with ease and the pain I suffered constantly has gone , I am grateful for care shown here . I have been extremely happy with the care I've received throughout my whole pregnancy and labour with my son. Special thanks to obstetrician, Dr Zanini, for the excellent support I received during the 9 months of pregnancy, and to midwife, Maribel, for her fantastic care during a very long labour and delivery. Both going beyond normal duties to ensure my baby arrived safely.
During the most vulnerable period of a woman's life, it's excellent medics like this that make you feel secure, in control and listened to that make all the difference to your whole birth experience, so thank you.
I also enjoyed the 48 hours stay in the hospital with my partner after the birth. We were given the VIP Suite, and the food and attention during the stay was perfect. We were given all the help we needed to take great care of our new arrival.
