I had a great experience at Pop! The entire process was incredibly professional and pleasant. Dr. Jung Min Kyung was very understanding and took the time to answer all of my questions, which made me feel confident and well-informed. I’m happy with the results! A special mention goes to my translator, Annette, who truly made everything so much easier. As someone who doesn’t speak Korean fluently, I really appreciated her help translating between the doctor and me. She provided clear communication before, during, and even after the procedure, ensuring I had all the information I needed and checking in on me regularly. I felt completely comfortable and supported throughout the entire process thanks to her guidance.

They were all very nice right up to the surgery. The surgery itself was one of the most frightening experiences of my life and although the doctor did reassure me a couple of times towards the end he got frustrated with me, which was highly unprofessional. Afterwards, as I lay in my recovering room, NOBODY came to check up on me. NOBODY explained how to take care of my eyes post-surgery as I left. Definitely don't recommend this place. Try Marble or Ruby instead.

A 3-hour wait is too much. Seriously, please make an appointment appropriately. Even in the consultation room, they made me wait for 30 minutes, so I got so annoyed by the hospital mentality that I just left. I made a reservation, but they made me wait for 3 hours. I made a reservation, but it didn't make sense.

I ended up at this clinic by mistake, thinking it was Pladen Plastic Surgery Clinic. 💦 I had an appointment, so I gave my name and was asked to wait a moment. Now that I think about it, this isn't Pladen, so I shouldn't have had an appointment, but for some reason I was made to wait for almost an hour without being told anything. I was suddenly asked to pay 500,000 won, so it's a confusing clinic. The receptionist's attitude was arrogant, and she was eating sweets, which was vulgar.

After visiting several plastic surgery hospitals in Gangnam, Seoul for a whole day, I felt very tired. On the way back to the hotel, I saw Chinese, Japanese, English and other national flags hanging at the door of POP, so I went inside for a consultation, which felt pretty good. However, I didn't have a schedule this time, so I did medical beauty skin care at their hospital, which felt great. It would be better to make an appointment in advance next time I come to Korea.
