The Neurosurgery Center consists of two subdivisions:
- The Children's Neurosurgery Department

The Department has 3 digital operating rooms with a neuronavigation system. The system helps surgeons to perform all the procedures as precise as possible and reduce the risks. With the help of the system, doctors perform surgeries for treating epilepsy and Parkinson's disease (Deep Brain Stimulation).

I arrived in good time for my two afternoon appointments and was called somewhat in advance of the specified time. This was a nice surprise as I did not have to wait (as usually happens!) with the large number of patients who come in the afternoon, when delays can set in. The medics whom I consulted were very kind and helpful and gave me their full attention. Thank you!

Appréciation concernant le Dr Stanislas Smadja, NRIste… Le Dr Smadja nous – mon amie Rita, qui consultait, et moi, qui accompagnais – reçus le jeudi 6 février avec 30 minutes de retard, et nous a gardés 25 minutes : tout est parfait, donc ! Il avait préalablement soigneusement étudié le dossier, et nous a expliqué clairement les choses à faire dans ce cas d’anévrisme cérébral : chirurgie (lourde, et heureusement rare !), ou embolisation (avec injection de platine dans l’anévrisme !). Ce n’est pas drôle, mais c’était très clair. Un véritable praticien ! Je recommande à 1 000 % !

Standard téléphonique lamentable !!!!! A une époque où il faut minimiser les déplacements inutiles, ils nous obligent a nous déplacer pour prendre rdv .

Très déçue concernant le retour des résultats.. J ai passé une irm de l épaule il y a 2 jours au pôle b (radiologue Hoche pantin).La secrétaire me promet le compte rendu par mail l après midi même. Je n ai rien eu.Le lendemain le médecin de la CPAM appelle pour les obtenir. Nous laissons un message à un monsieur du pôle A rien n est fait (Je ne parle pas des 15 mn d attente pour avoir un interlocuteur).Je rappelle ce jour je suis toujours en attente de ce mail,il est inadmissible de jouer sur l'angoisse des patients.Étant secretaire medicale moi même, je ne promet pas un résultat si je sais que je ne l obtiendrai pas dans les délais.J'espère les avoir aujourd hui sinon je devrai mes déplacer.tout cela n' est pas très sérieux...

J'ai accompagné ma mère pour une chirurgie de la cataracte, je voudrais remercier la femme qui travaille à l'accueil de l'opératoire, (blonde aux yeux clairs) pour sa gentillesse, sa bonne humeur et le sourire qui ne quitte pas sa bouche, les 5 étoiles sont pour vous

cela fait 3h que j’attends pour une consultation avec le docteur Derman c’est inhumain, j’avais rendez à 15h30 il est maintenant 18h30 c’est incroyable ...il se permet d’arpenter les couloirs pendants de longue minutes afin de trouver des patients qui n’ont pas rendez vous et de les voir entre 2 patients c’est n’importe quoi ...il est nécessaire de recadrer les choses parce que 3h d’attente c’est juste pas possible

Impossible de joindre l'établissement pour modifier un rv proposé.Système de répondeur téléphonique kafkaïen, non professionnel et totalement inefficace. Raccroche sans réponse au bout de 3 mn d'attente pour rien. Désolant et rebutant.

Le téléphone sonne, sonne, sonne, sonne... puis "votre correspondant est occupé, veuillez rappeler ultérieurement"! Et ceci, quelle que soit l'heure à laquelle vous appelez! J'habite å l'étranger et je désire avoir des nouvelles de mon amie qui a été opérée du cervelet, COMMENT PUIS-JE FAIRE? quel est le numéro, 01.48.03.65.65, 01.48.03.63.00, 01.48.03.68.64....? RIEN, RIEN, RIEN, pas de réponse!!!
