I had a good experience at DioMed Hospital. The medical staff was very attentive and professional throughout. The facilities are clean and well-organized, and the 24-hour service is a great relief. I would definitely return if I needed medical care.

Unfortunately a very bad experience, my wife scheduled her eye surgery with her insurance company so that she would be treated as she should be and total disappointment, it seems that we went to social security, to begin with the way they ask for the documentation seems as if we were experts and they get upset if any paperwork is missing without explaining well and in a good way, my wife was admitted to the operating room without the necessary cleaning, she had to request antibacterial gel to clean her hands, at the end of the operation they left her in a waiting room sitting without any indication, prescription or medication, no professional attention, when requesting to speak to the doctor he tells us that he left without giving more details of the follow-up of the surgery we had to ask at the reception and only then did they send us a prescription by WhatsApp and told us to go the next day to the Angeles de Pedregal hospital for a follow-up, terrible professional attention.

My experience at this hospital was very disappointing, especially considering that my care is provided through an insurance company. The people at the emergency room admissions window were as rude as those at the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS). The operating room felt like a market with Dr. Everardo, who is from Acapulco and was a former military officer (he never tired of repeating it). Despite having a scheduled surgery, there was a delay of more than two hours, and they didn't even bring me my hands to wash them before administering the IV drip. Even more concerning, they kept me sitting in a waiting room for several hours after the operation, even though my insurance may cover a recovery bed. This lack of consideration and the treatment I received makes me seriously question the quality of care for patients who come with insurance. The situation felt more like public care than a private service. It is essential that protocols be improved to prevent other patients from going through a similar experience.

I'm putting this rating on hold so I can change it. Since we're scheduled for an insurance review today, and looking at recent comments, I see complaints about the administrative department and customer service. I hope we don't have that issue again.

5,000 PESOS JUST FOR A CONSULTATION. I went today, June 29th, and the person "serving" me at the front desk simply didn't want to work. We arrived, she was counting money. We waited, and when I told her I wanted to come in for a consultation to be checked out, she said, "It's 5,000 pesos." I asked if I could see her price list because it seemed like something she'd just made up. She told me she didn't have one. Not only is that illegal, but it clearly shows that this woman, for some reason, wanted to set absurd conditions to deny me service. 5,000 pesos for a consultation. I ended up at the Sanatorio Durango, where the consultation, X-rays, and other fees didn't go over 3,500.
