This hospital has been great in terms of treatments and help with any issues. But the only problem that has been consistent is Dr Pratik Taware, Ortho leaves exactly at the time of OPD, and makes the patients wait 2 hours. And this has been twice experienced by me personally. Sitting 2 hours with an elderly mother when she is pain is not a situation we come to hospital. Doctors leaving in Emergency are understandable but if this becomes a regular routine then what is the point of keeping the OPD time.

Disappointing Experience - Poor Patient Care I'm extremely dissatisfied with the care my friend received at this hospital. He was admitted for a fractured hand, but the hospital's negligence and lack of attention worsened his experience. The doctors didn't take the time to discuss the surgery or treatment plan, leaving him uninformed and anxious – a clear breach of professional duty and ethics. The lack of proper care led to unnecessary suffering, which could have been avoided with better attention and communication. Considering the hospital's failure to provide proper care, I would strongly advise others to explore alternative options. It seems the hospital's priorities are misplaced, and patient health appears to be secondary.

I regularly visit this Hosp for OPD, & lab tests, and once my husband was an inpatient. I find the staff very courteous, friendly, compassionate and at the same time professional. Management too is very good. The premises and wards are very spacious and clean, waiting areas spacious and comfortable.most doctors are good.

Really terrible experience. I was sick, so went to this hospital to get a drip. After that, the doctor prescribed me medicine for five days. However, after taking the prescribed medicine, my condition worsened, and I had to be admitted to the hospital. The hospital had no proper hygiene. The food was unhygienic, and the staff didn’t even change my bed sheets and uniform for 4 days. The reports were normal still they didn’t gave me discharge by saying minimum 5 days admission is a policy and gave unnecessary injections as well. After one week, I was discharged, but I fell sick again within 15 days and had to visit the doctor. This time, the doctor asked me to do several tests. Out of total 8 reports, 3 reports had taken time of 5 days. I was very unwell and not able to go to another doctor/hospital as reports were pending and i had invested huge amount in this hospital. my condition worsened again. Every time i called the hospital to get reports, no one answered. If someone did pick up, they would put me on hold and then disconnect the call. I finally received reports after five days which make no sense. The doctors and staff at this hospital are extremely inexperienced and careless. I request the Maharashtra Government to please send a team to inspect this hospital. Check the policies of hospital and the behaviour of the staff—because they are literally playing with people’s life.

Seven Hills Hospital is the only hospital where your call is attended in shortest possible time as compared to any hospital/Company. Even their OPD is managed in a systematic manner. I am highly impressed with their services. I have done my sonography of abdomen and pelvis recently. Although, there were many patients for sonography on 20 May, 2025, concerned doctors and staff were extremly cooperative and carrying out their work with a smile. God bless them all.

Today I went with a friend for her treatment.OPD service is horrible. Patient is kept in other room and nurses keep chit chatting in other room. Medicines and equipment wasted by nurses negligence are also to be bought by patient again. Faced a terrible experience with Shilpa who couldn't even give IV properly. Unprofessional and pathetic.The untrained staff Shilpa had the guts to fight with patient instead of apologizing which is very very shameless.Please do yourself a favor and don’t go there.

They do not care about patients, doctor least bothered about patients. Its all together money making policy, they took 1500 opd charges, if the revisit not planned within 6 days then you have to pay 1500again. I assumed 6 days means 6 working days however they consider all days including Sunday, where doctor use to be unavailable on that day. They assisted medical test, where results delayed by a day, but these people are dint ready to accept it. Pure money maker, with this business model, I don't this hospital will run their show longer.
