War am Wochenende in der Nacht in der Zentralen Notaufnahme war alles super, der Pfleger der im Dienst war hat einen super Job gemacht und trotz der vielen Arbeit noch gut gelaunt. Gerne wieder.

Very nice hospital. They take care of patient really good. Pays lot of attention. Their Urology department is the best in frankfurt. Doctors are vary friendly, helpful. Almost everyone speaks english. Did not face any problems and very satisfied with service and assistance they provide. Recommended!

das CVC Zentrum ist aus dem Hauptgebäude umgezogen und befindet sichjetzt neben der Notaufnahme im L-Gebäude.Der Zugang dort mit einem Taxi oder Krankentransport ist unmöglich,das heißt die Gehbehinderten müssen von der Straße bis zum Gebäude zu Fuß den Berg hochlaufen oder den Rollstuhl hochschieben.Am 29.01.2020 habe ich meine Mutter mit dem Rollstuhl den Berg hoch geschoben um unsren Termin wahrzunehmen.Als wir dann mit dem Aufzug in den 2. Stock ankamen war da eine Glastür und vier Mitarbeiter stehen an der Anmeldung und schauen wie ich alleine die Tür aufmache und mit Mühe und Not meine Mutter mit den Rollstuhl in die Praxis schiebe. Von den vier Mitarbeitern ist keiner entgegengekommen um die Tür aufzuhalten oder um zu Helfen.So weit sind wir heute in Deutschland heute gekommen das vier Mitarbeiter am Empfang stehen und zu schauen, wie ich mit dem Rollstuhl in dem meine Mutter sitzt mich quäle die Tür aufzuhalten und sie in die Praxis schiebe.Das Team ist sehr unfreundlich!Ich erwarte in einer Praxis, Hilfe den Patienten gegenüber etwas soziales Verhalten!Nicht weiterzuempfehlen!!!!!! Sehr schlechtes Personal das untereinander Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten hat.

Last night I was in Emergency with BP 185/113.
Emergency medicine was needed in my case but two nurses, who were in night shift were so great that for almost 4 hours they didn't do anything, even they did not monitor my BP. At last I called my husband to come with our own BP machine and we checked it was 195/114.
We asked the nurse to take immediate actions but she replied so rudely that "we are right now totally full and if you can wait.. Wait otherwise go home". She said the, same thing to other few patients in very rude way.
We made decision to go to Klinikum Hanau as my BP was increasing. In 5 minutes Klinikum Hanau staff checked my BP, took ECG, blood sample and given me Emergency medicine.
I really don't know what Sant Kathrine Krankenhaus staff was waiting for. What is emergency in their point of view. I think they were waiting for my organs to be affected under such high level BP or some other side effects.
Really disappointed with so unfriendly, rude staff.

Meistens nett und freundlich. Bei größerem Andrang alles leider ein bisschen chaotisch.

Musste leider schon drei mal dort operiert werden. Fr. Dr. Sch... hat mich sehr gut operiert. In der Mainzer Uniklinik habe ich vorher leider andere Erfahrungen machen müssen. Daher weiß ich den Einsatz der Ärzte und selbstverständlich auch des Pflegeteams zu schätzen und kann es auch im Vergleich beurteilen. Auch besuchte ich einmal die Notaufnahme. Es hatte zwar etwas gedauert, aber auch da war die medizinische Betreuung sehr gut.

Mein Freund hatte sich am Fuß verletzt wir sind am Samstag in der Notaufnahme im Sankt Katharinen Krankenhaus gelandet. Wir wurden so lieb von Frau Junghaus empfangen. Die Damen am Empfang sowie die Internisten machen hier einen super Job! Zudem auch noch super freundlich! Wir sind überglücklich hier gelandet zu sein. Sowohl ich als auch mein Freund haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt und werden nur noch in die Ambulanz des Sankt Katharinen kommen!
