I have got priceless knowledge and experience here. I spent 1 month learning with Master Mantak Chia and it was one of the best time in my life! The food was great and healthy. The big natural garden is well maintained. And I was very pleased by reception desk's staff work. They are always ready to assist you in any small problem. Especially front desk manager Mita was remarkable by her very friendly and polite manners. She always looks excited to help u with anything. Thank you!

I've enjoyed living in and around Tao Garden for about four months this past winter. It's been the best gift i could give to myself in my first retirement year. Yes. Tao Garden is a school, a health center, a spa, a hospitality space, a community. All these things in the same location, a very protected space where people practice interior smile in a contagious way. It was able to do a complete reset of my physical, mental, and energetic health. A reset back to, say, 10 years ago, when degradation in what my former employer had to offer started to affect me. I would recommend Tao Garden to anybody interested in being health and loving at the same time <3

By far the best holistic health spa & resort in thailand, none have the attention to detail and clean food , air and water like tao gardens in beautiful chiang mai, very worth the money and extremely good service. food is amazing and good energy.

It was special experience to stay in Tao garden. There are many kind of great treatment to detox our heart and body. Food there was so fresh and delicious.… I appreciate that this peaceful resort gave me a chance to know wonderful people from all over the world as well. I will definitely come back. I found my experience healing, loving, supportive and informative. The learning and teaching was outstanding - the programme was full on. I loved how the kitchen attended to my needs and took care of me. I loved the 7am exercises, the dark room and the way I looked after my weeks there. I looked younger and happier. Best of all was having my needs catered for so I could concentrate on my studying and learning and my certification. Thank you Mantak Chia and wonderful teachers, student and team������
