I had to wait 7 hours for a PLANNED surgery! And I had to wait on the hallways until 14 o'clock, to give them time to find a bed. But when I was discharged, they practically threw me out at 10.30am, because they needed a bed ASAP for new patients. Even though they told us repeatedly we will get discharged between 11 and 12 o'clock. So our families didn't even have time to pick us up, we had to wait with 48 hours surgeries and the luggage on the hallways until we were picked up. Even though most of the personal was nice, the overall experience was a sour one, as this is the second time this happens.

I recently moved to the area. My Hausarzt recommended the hospital to me for Post-traumatic stress disorder, and suspected autism. I have sent a couple of polite emails to the department for mental health asking for an appointment. It's been a month, and it doesn't look like I will ever receive an answer. A simple "No" would have been an answer too. Even though I do speak German, I don't speak it on a fluent enough level to describe my medical problems, and don't see a point in a phonecall. Considering what kind of unhelpful behaviour people have stated they experienced on the phone with mental health department, I don't feel comfortable calling in German as an Ausländer because I expect to be ridiculed. Simply put, considering people's experiences stated here, and a lack of reply, the hospital doesn't incite trust.

Because the midwives would not believe me that my labor was progressing quickly, I was given an epidural when it was time to push. This caused my baby’s heart rate to drop and someone came in and used a vacuum to deliver him, which caused permanent damage to my body. They also botched the task of stitching me up correctly. I am now facing extensive surgery to repair what the damage this hospital did to me. I have also never been treated so terribly by medical providers in my life. If you are pregnant, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Except long waiting time even with a previous appointment and a few staff who make you feel horrible for not speaking German, it’s a very organized hospital with wonderful doctors.

Bei allen Terminen kommt es zu langen Wartezeiten von mindestens einer Stunde, bis 4 Stunden war alles dabei. Die Freundlichkeit ist bescheiden. Die Ärzte in der Gynäkologie sind generell in Ordnung und sicherlich kompetent, zum Teil aber sehr gestresst und mit nur wenig Empathiegefühl (was bei OP und Befund Besprechungen etc. nicht sein sollte). Zu empfehlen ist Dr. Younes, er war immer einfühlsam und kompetent. Station e2.2 ok, Zimmer und Bad könnten sauberer sein. Pflegerinnen zum größten Teil okay, geht aber freundlicher. Das Essen ist auch für Krankenhausessen eine Zumutung, Kartoffeln nicht durch und jeden Tag das Gleiche. Essen überhaupt nicht angepasst daran was man op und krankheitsbedingt essen sollte.

Wir waren heute in der KinderNotaufnahme.Unser Kind hatte eine Platzwunde am Auge.Die Eingänge sowie die Wartebereiche sind in Fachbereich eingeteilt.Anmeldung und Behandlung ging schnell und unkompliziert. Wir können nicht klagen.

Zuerst Anforderung von Unterlagen/ Bescheiden. Später trotzdem Absage und keinen Termin für unseren Sohn wegen " zu wenig Kapazität" bekommen. Warum soll man dann erst alles hinschicken?

Meine Mutter (90 Jahre) wurde durch den Notarzt mit Verdacht auf Lungenentzündung auf Station G 2.2, Fachabteilung für Lungen-krankheiten, eingeliefert. Nach 2 Tagen Aufenthalt wies man den Virus RS nach. Daraufhin wurde das Zimmer mit allen hygienischen Maßnahmen zum Isolierzimmer erklärt. Nach 4 Tagen Isolation wurde meine Mutter als therapiert, stabil entlassen. Der Grund der Einweisung (Verdacht auf Lungenentzündung) wurde nie behandelt. Über eine nahtlose Versorgung mit Sauerstoff sowie Inhalationsgerät im Wohnbereich wurde nie gesprochen. Selbst für uns Laien waren eindeutig rasselnde Geräuschen im Lungenbereich zu hören. Für meine Mutter sowie uns Angehörige folgten schwere Stunden im häuslichen Bereich, denn der Gesundheitszustand blieb nach wie vor sehr sehr schlecht.Ein 2. Notarzt leitete dann mit dem Rettungsdienst ein Einweisung in's Elisabeth Krankenhaus ein, in dem zur Zeit eine böse Lungenentzündung behandelt wird. Es war einfach nur fahrlässig, die Patientin in diesem Zustand zu entlassen. Mehr sage ich dazu nicht.
