I gave them multiple chances but they are a completely unprofessional and disappointing place & experience.
The doctors are good but the front desk and WhatsApp’s staff are the worse I’ve ever seen in my life. You basically have to almost beg them to book you an appointment: if you want to book an appointment they’ll tell you that you can’t pick a time slot and that they will inform you the day before what your appointment what time it will be, which is already super inconsiderate because what if I am not available at the time they pick for me????
But what’s even worse than that, is that 9/10 times they won’t even send you a message the day before your appointment. An important check appointment day of mine came and went with absolute no news from them, not the day before the appointment or even on the appointment day itself (even though they told me the date was confirmed btw), I had to text them myself to almost remind them, as I’m sure they would not have said anything otherwise, and anyway my appointment date which I needed had passed. Even the they gave me a stupid excuse about how the doctor changed her schedule…. So why on earth would you not inform the client who booked this appointment that there has been a change?? Super disrespectful and that’s what I mean by that you will be begging and chasing them for your appointments.
That’s not even all!!! The one time they did confirm my appointment time at 7pm I arrived and was told to wait for a whole hour before I was let in. What even is the point of a scheduled appointment? What if someone has plans? Apparently, another client who was getting a more expensive service than me “took my place” and saw my doctor at 7 pm instead of me, so I had to wait until that client finished. Extremely disappointing and disrespectful to people’s time.
Finally, the front desk girls are rude and gave me major attitude, dirty looks, whispering to themselves, and ignoring me after I pointed out a difference in a price between what they told me before and what they wanted me to pay. They charged me almost 400 EGP extra than what I was informed (without any extra services) and were rude and upset when I brought it up.
Overall super super disappointed with this place, and it’s a shame because the doctor there, nourhan was good. But they need to change their customer service staff if they want people to keep coming, honestly unacceptable.

i had the worst experience ever. the receptionist is unprofessional at all and was rude and couldn’t handle the problem. she was just repeating the same words.
i called them to book an appointment to do full face fractional laser and i asked them how much does it cost, she told me 3000 “without telling me it may have extra fees if the dr used any serum after the session.”
so i went there and during the session the dr asked the nurse to bring her 1ml of serum, and i thought it’s just how the session goes and included in the price of the session. even the dr said this serum will soothe your face. thats it!
After the session, while i’m paying the receptionist told u did fractional laser for 3000 and 1ml serum for 3000 so the total is 6000!!!
i told her no one told me that there is extra fees for that 1ml serum that i DID NOT ask for.
she replied no anything you use is not for free.
BUT I DID NOT ASK FOR IT.
how should i know that it’s another procedure with different fees??
i paid the 6000 and didn’t cause any problem in the clinic cause there were other patients waiting.
then after i went home i called the clinic and told her i didn’t want to cause a problem what should i do and i need a solution. she told me that it is (بديهيات)!! but for whom??
i guess for the people who live in a skin clinic and always do face procedures not for a girl that its her first time doing fractional…
After a lot of arguing i told her i need to talk to the owner and thankfully she gave me his number.
i called him and told him everything, he told me he will call the dr and ask her what happened then will call me back.
and of course he did not call me back and the clinic sent me this message.
i sent the owner today a message and he didn’t answer me!!
so obviously they don’t want to handle the situation and admit it’s there fault.
unprofessional, unethical behavior and unacceptable.

This is a polyclinic. In other words , it is a collection of qualitions of various specialities, dental, nutrition , cosmetics and physical therapy.
The staff were so friendly and patient. Well organized in terms of medication, following up and booking.
