This hospital does not even deserve a single star. The treatment here is shockingly poor. The nuns working in the CCU and ICU have zero medical knowledge or training, they don’t even know how to take a basic human temperature. It is horrifying that such untrained staff are allowed to handle critical patients. For the massive amounts they charge, patients and families deserve proper care, but what we experienced was worse than a government hospital. The rooms are filthy, with no cleanliness, broken ACs, and poorly maintained facilities. The so-called "private hospital" standards are completely missing here. Instead of helping, the hospital only gave us a hard time—both the patient and the family. Shockingly, my patient recovered far better at home under the care of a private nurse than during the 1.5 months wasted in this hospital. That speaks volumes about how incompetent and careless their services are. There is no point complaining to the management—you will never get a response. It is clear they do not care about patients or their families. 💔 Save your money, save your loved one’s life—do NOT take them to this hospital

My self Mr. Anand thakur admitted in B/३३६b under doctor Anup choudhary since २३/९/२५. It was very very good experience. All doctors, nurses, house keeping Staffs r taking well care. Special thanks to nursing team Being make me most comfortable and taking good care during hospital stay. Sister incharge Mayura Sawant meet daily. Her team S/N Jagan, Madhura, Tanvi, Ardra, Manoj, Rashmita, Tejas is very efficient and make me homely feel in hospital. Because of there good care and treatment I am going home early Floor manager shweta also very cooperative. Once again thanks for all care.

My journey began with the TPA department for cashless treatment, and I was deeply impressed by the leadership of Sameer and his team, who made the entire process seamless with a patient-centric approach. Dr. Muzammil Sheikh and his team took the time to understand my condition thoroughly, ensuring I received the best possible care in a comfortable environment, which made me feel like I was waking up to a healthier, disease-free life. The Oncology Day Care Nursing staff, under Sister Marry’s guidance, made me feel at home, watching over me with vigilance, compassion, and a gentle touch that eased my worries. This was my third surgery performed by Dr. Manoj Jain, and I cannot thank him enough for his expertise and care. I had been suffering from extreme pain for almost a month before I met Dr. Jain — and he made everything possible with his skill and confidence. The hospital services were excellent throughout my 9-day stay. The physiotherapist visited twice a day, and the dietician regularly checked in to ensure my meals matched the doctor’s advice. Meals were always served on time, and the staff was well-coordinated, polite, and attentive. Overall, my experience was very smooth and comforting. I’m truly grateful to Dr. Manoj Jain and the entire hospital team for their care and support. Highly recommended!
