I had a lower bleph revision by Dr Arda Katircioglu recommended by MCAN and 8 months the results are horrific. I have ectropian, upper lid pull down, stitches left in, deformities, terrible scarring, dry eye and damaged cornea caused by this procedure. I have been told by MCAN that this is a normal healing process and to wait. I have seen other occuloplastic surgeons and have been quoted €30k to have it corrected. MCAN say that the scarring and upper eyelid pulldown is not their fault and will only correct the lower eyelid. There is no aftercare and I have been dropped like a ton of bricks. They do not care about their patients but only about the money they can make. I most certainly do not recommend MCAM.

I went for the first time to Mcan in Istanbul and i am very happy with my choice. From the first contact on till in the clinic the contact was nice and with good information. Cansu was really great and always online to answer any questions or help. The driver Uhmutcan was a very nice and helpfull person. On the day of the hair transplant you have an intake, than a bloodtest and good information which part of your head they are gonna treat, only the first needles to num your head is not pleasant but its ok. The rest of the transplant was very ok and not painfull, if you want to take a short brake its ok and you can listing to your own music if you want.Once done u are taken back to hotel and picked back up next day where Cansu talks to you about hole treatment and after care and given medication and creams and shampoo then taken back to airport. Now at home no pain bit uncomfortable but all ok and Cansu have been contact me every few days. I really recommend Mcan to everyone who wants a hair transplant.

I don't recommend it to anyone because: The operation is not successful 100%, I am in the fifth month now and there are many gaps+ my skin became black (under the hair) Most of what they promised me is not true and I didn't get what they told me. No one contact me and follow up with me when I finish the operation just one time! And even I sent to them they don't reply or reply after days! I did my operation on 18 September 2023 with MCAN, the hotel was perfect and the drivers as well. On the day of operation it was really painful! and what I didn't like, the doctor who did it for me she was taught and she just want to finish because it's took long time with pain and blood everywhere. For the result ( till now I am okay but I didn't get the full results because they told me it will take up to 6 months). Once I see the results is good I will change the rate to 4 stars which I think we will not happen because it's clear there are many gaps and the hair direction is not good. Saba was good and contacted me always before the operation, once I did it, no one care about me. Which is obviously just care about my money

This is my second time using MCAN in Istanbul for a hair transplant as I needed two sessions. What can I say? They are an absolute pleasure to deal with. All the staff from the surgeons to the assistants and the desk staff are so friendly, polite and helpful. I haven't found any language barrier at all, even those who were not fluent in English were able to communicate using short key words and very friendly and caring. Special shout out to Saba who has been my point of communication throughout and Elif who was my communication on my first visit 2 years ago. Saba has been such a help and even went above and beyond in organising transportation for my two companions which she did not have to do. There are lots of hair transplant clinics in Turkey but MCAN will not be beaten on price or service. All totally stress free, everything is taken care of from the minute you book your flights to the minute you get back home, hotels, transportation and even ongoing aftercare support for a year after surgery. The impact MCAN have made on my life is truly life changing, so much so I am now considering future options with them that I'd have otherwise likely not have explored. If you take anything from this review, please let it be this: don't think about it, don't stress just book with MCAN today and let them look after you. Thank you MCAN! ❤️
