I needed to visit a doctor, however personnel doesn't speak English. i was using whatsapp, however i was waiting 4 hours for answer, then redirected to another specialist, who also couldn't help me. this company really has no interest in patients. i wouldn't go there and will not recommend it. it is absolutely unacceptable service.

I needed a vaccine for travelling and they were very helpful. No trying to cheat you, no trying to squeeze more money out of you, just very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this hospital.

Extremely expensive, don’t get the impression health care in Turkey is cheap just because cost of live is cheaper than the EU, maybe it’s cheaper in other hospitals but not this one. If I only knew they’d be charging me depending on where I’m coming from I had never visited this hospital. Doctors are not confident of their own proficiency, a specialist told me he’s inferior to European doctors. For two times visit to specialist and sonography test, they charged me 400€. It’s not worth the money, don’t mistake the looks of hospital for the you’ll get. Instead try to find a cheaper hospital with better docs. Not happy at all, if you’ve middle income or poor don’t visit.

I strongly not recommend this hospital the doctors working here as a not healer it’s killers. I went to physiotherapy doctor he grab my tendons was inner on my right elbow and squeezed-it like crazy I have suffered the pain that he caused more then 3 days and tendons get worst. Non professional at all from the receptionist, nurses, doctor not a single human are professional in there.

The staff is kind and they are taking care of you properly. I noticed a mis-information in their introductory booklet, says parking is free for all but in reality it is not for standing patients. This leads that there might be other written but wrong informations about themselfs, be prepared.
