Yazılı başvuru formuyla web siteleri üzerinden tüp bebek, aşılama konularında fiyat bilgisi talep ettim. Bir uzman beni aradı, ücretsiz bir muayene/görüşme için randevu vermek istedi ve o esnada doktor tarafından fiyat bilgisi verilebileceğini ifade etti. Zamanımızın kısıtlı olduğunu, maddi olarak durumuma uygunsa gelmeyi tercih edebileceğimi, yoksa karşılamam mümkkün olmayan bir işlem için boşu boşuna muayeneye gelmenin bir anlamı olmayacağını bu yüzden ortalama fiyat bilgisi almak istediğimi tekrarladım. Muhasebe bölümününe talebimin aktarılacağını, uygun görülürse geri arayacaklarını söyledi. Hiç zahmet etmeyin, daha işin başında bu kadar komplike hale getirip bizi yoruyorsanız, ileride kim bilir ne olacak diyerek, teşekkürle kapattım.Bu zihniyet özetle şudur: Doktor pazarlamacı olmuş, müşteriyle birebir görüşüp üzerine çullanacak, bu yüzden telefonda ısrarla fiyat bilgisi vermiyorlar. Daha küçük, detaylı bilgilendirme yapılan, birebir ilgi görebileceğimiz bir kliniği tercih edeceğiz. Bu büyük merkezler ticarethaneye dönüşmüş bence. Bir diğer "marka" olmuş büyük hastanenin yaptığı yanlış bilgilendirme yüzünden 2 senemizi kaybettik, ikinci defa aynı hataya düşmeyeceğim.

The hospital seems fancy, and the doctors know what they are doing, however, most of the employees there do not treat people with kindness and respect. A tip from me : be rude to them so they respect you. I know this rule is very wrong, but there is no other way for them to show some human decency.

Randevuya bı kaç saat kala saçma sapan bı gerekçe ile randevuyu daha geç yada daha erken bir saate almamı istediler. Test sonucu bir gün içinde çıkacağı söylendi. 2.gun test sonucunun neden çıkmadığını sormak için aradığımda neden sonuclanmadigini bilmediklerini laboratuvarı aramanı söylediler.laboratuvara telefonla ulaşmak İMKANSIZ çünkü kimse yok...Geçen sefer hastahaneye gitmek zorunda kalmıştım test sonucunu almak için. Sanırım yine gitmek zorunda kalacağım. Saçma sapan bı işletme tek düşünceleri kar etmek.

Muayene icin randevu istersin ve istedikleri saatte gittigine ragmen 1 saatten fazla bekletiyorlar. 500+ tl muyene parasi almayi biliyorlar ama hasta iliskileri, organizasyon, planlama sifir !Duzeltme: en azindan gecikmeden dolayi doktor bey ozur diledi.

My experience at Memorial Ankara Hospital was deeply disappointing, and I would not rate it one star if a lower rating were possible. We arrived at the emergency department due to numbness on the right side of the body-a symptom that can indicate a stroke and requires urgent attention. The only part of the process that was handled efficiently was the billing: we were charged TL 4,900 almost immediately. However, after payment, the quality of care and urgency sharply declined. Shockingly, we were told that the hospital does not have an emergency code for stroke cases involving foreign patients. When we expressed concern, staff backtracked and said it was a misunderstanding, referring us to the Neurology department instead. In Neurology, the payment process was again prioritized, though slightly less efficient than in the emergency room-perhaps because the receptionist was preoccupied with her phone. Only after payment of another TL 6900 did we learn that the neurologist would not see us until her existing patients were finished, which would take another hour and a half. Despite coming from the emergency room with a potential stroke, we were told that our risk did not constitute an emergency according to their neurologist. The receptionist appeared frustrated that the emergency department had not communicated that Neurologist will not handle our situation as an emergency, and she made it clear that we would have to wait. There was a lack of empathy and urgency throughout the process, which is alarming for a hospital that claims to be internationally accredited and focused on patient experience. When we requested a refund, the process was even slower and less professional. Only the manager could authorize a refund, and she, too, appeared distracted and unhurried, focused more on her phone than on assisting us. After wasting a valuable hour with absolutely no medical care, we left the hospital paying another TL 200 for vale parking. Despite Memorial Ankara Hospital’s claims of international quality standards and patient-centered care, our experience was the opposite. The focus seemed to be on collecting fees rather than providing timely medical attention, especially for foreign patients in urgent situations. Communication was poor, and staff showed little urgency or compassion. I would not recommend Memorial Hospital based on this experience

I hope the management of the hospital will read this. I called April 15 at 4:00pm to ask about the check up. The person who is the English and Arabic department hang the phone on me I try to call more than 4 times I couldn't believe she hang the phone on me without talkin. I hope that person will not make to lose costumers who are English Arabic speaking people. I hope someone will take action to teach her she is paid to serve the customers and bring business to the hospital.

Erken doğum olasılığı sebebiyle bu hastaneye gitmiştik. Bir yakınımıza yapılacak olan basit bir iğneyi hemşirenin bele yakın bir yerde yanlış bir şekilde yapması sonucu hastamız oldukça zor saatler geçirdi. Konuşmasında kekelemeler, titremeler meydana geldi. Burası hastane değilde bence otel olmalı. Ayrıca ücretler inanılmaz yüksek.
