They provide good service. - Equipment is new - doctors are either anglophones or speak through provided translators - analysis are made quickly. One issue I would like to highlight is the communication, be that before or after treatment. It can get confusing due to being organized mainly through the translators, assigned after first treatment. Considering their business, they aren’t capable of responding timely. Prices are global, in a sense that for good service, one should expect to pay appropriate price. 4.5/5, would recommend

If you value your health, avoid this hospital! I brought my father on 04 APR 2025 for removal of 2 teeth, one was shaking, another was broken. I filled in the form writing this, we made X-ray. On 11 APR we went back to have these teeth removed. Our doctor was present in the room, completely refusing to do anything and asking us to explain to the surgeon and show which teeth needed to be removed. He left in 10 seconds after we entered the room. I still do not understand why we filled in the form or made X-ray if both doctors completely ignore this. So the surgeon removed the wrong tooth (instead of the broken one) which we noticed later on. We paid almost 13,000 TL for this butcher style service. I have been trying to reach the hospital since 11 APR with my complaint but nobody answers or cares. There was also a Russian speaking coordinator who contacted me and promised to help, but then vanished on me. I have asked for a refund to go to a more competent hospital, but of course the hospital does not reply to me. My 75 year old father keeps suffering from 11 APR and is deeply disappointed that he has a healthy tooth removed instead of the broken one. How the doctors cannot see a broken tooth I do not know, they must be blind or whatever. Refund me the money, butchers!!! In reply to your response here: you have my complaint in your mailbox since 11 APR and subsequent emails which the hospital keeps ignoring. I am waiting for the refund!!

Review of Memorial Hospital Doctors and Medical Team The doctors and medical team are truly fantastic people—very kind, sensitive, and empathetic. They treated my daughter with great care and compassion. The doctor visited us daily, consistently ensuring that everything was in order. Their dedication and attentiveness made us feel truly cared for. Nurses The nurses were absolutely wonderful. My daughter has a phobia of needles, and inserting a cannula is almost impossible due to her tiny, deeply hidden veins. Despite this challenge, the nurses gave their all to make the procedure as smooth as possible. When they struggled, they didn’t hesitate to call for support from the pediatric ward. I wish everyone could experience such kind and empathetic care. Room The room was spacious and had everything needed to feel comfortable during our hospital stay. The only downside was the lack of a comfortable sleeping arrangement for a companion. But then again, it’s a hospital, not a hotel! Translator We had the privilege of working with one of the most professional and tactful young translators I’ve ever met. Having used translation services at various medical facilities before, I can confidently say this translator was exceptional. Dorian played a pivotal role in making the experience stress-free. His openness, ability to quickly build trust, and approachable nature made it easy to ask even the most unusual questions without feeling awkward. Despite my efforts to convince him to work in the UK, he remains loyal to Memorial Hospital. Knowing we had someone like Dorian eased my biggest concern about undergoing surgery in Turkey. Organization The organization was flawless. From the start, the contact person we communicated with responded promptly and efficiently. Everything was arranged smoothly, including airport transfers. The Memorial Hospital staff at the airport were incredibly polite and helpful, even assisting me in recovering lost luggage (despite it not being their responsibility). There were no hidden costs, and everything was transparent. Conveniently, there is a pharmacy nearby where we purchased all the necessary medications. I wholeheartedly recommend Memorial Hospital! 🏥

I am giving 3 stars because service is very fast , translator was very efficient, done his job very well , the gastroenterologist was fine as well. Not giving 5 stars only for the prices. Extremely expensive. 200 euro a consultation ( i can understand is a private hospital for this consultation) but a colonoscopy 2500 euro? And an MRI superior abdomen 1800 euro? Extremely expensive. Double checked the prices in London private hospital and are more cheaper than this , not to talk about other countries in Europe ( checked Italy as well colonoscopy / mri range from 400-800 euro) where privately this will cost 1/4 of the price. People need to be aware that this hospital in Turkey is not cheap at all . Service is great though and very fast.
