Went here at late night with a fever and spent 4hrs there guess the amount I had to pay. It was 24k. Even if you do all the tests outside in a private firm, or at any part of this country with this hours you wouldn't have to spent 1/4 of it. There hasn't been any hospital in this country which is more expensive than this. Never ever visit this hospital ever even if your are about to die. It's better to die than to get robbed by these corporates, renting the words from on of the doctors at the same hospital

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My father has a heart blockage and urgently needs an angioplasty. I’ve consulted with other doctors and hospitals, but my father has been adamant about getting treated by Dr. Devi Shetty. Honestly, I hesitated to book an appointment after reading reviews about how difficult it is to actually meet him—most said you have to travel back and forth for 7–10 days because he often leaves before the appointment due to emergencies. I completely understand that emergencies happen in a doctor’s profession. But patients like my father are also in an emergency, and repeatedly travelling 20 km each way (or more, for outstation patients) just for a consultation is exhausting, expensive, and stressful. Our experience was exactly what I feared. On 12th August, we waited for hours, were made to redo ECG and echo (even though we had them done just three days ago), and then at 3 pm were told the doctor had to leave. They asked us to come back the next day. So on 13th August, we arrived at 8 am again—only to be told at reception that the doctor was not seeing adults that day. They rescheduled us to the 14th, gave us a card, and asked us to call a number before starting. But when I called, it turned out to be a generic helpline, not the reception. The person who answered said there was no appointment under my father’s name (Arun Kanti Deb) and told me to come back yet again on the 15th! For a family already dealing with a medical crisis, this whole process has been nothing but frustrating, disorganised. Some Edition- All staffs are very rude & doesn't answer queries! They behave as if they are treating for free! Rude mostly because, even staffs don't have any idea about Dr. Devi Shetty's schedule. I see some patients of 7th August haven't been able to consult the doctor yet. Suggestion- If you want to consult Dr. Devi Shetty, then book your stay somewhere around Narayana, so that you can come & sit here half day, everyday just to consult the doctor!.

I visited Narayana Health City for the first time for my pre-employment medical checkup. It was a good and comfortable experience. The staff were courteous and readily available. Cleanliness and hygiene were well maintained. I also appreciated the efficiency of the NH Care app and the timely update of reports. Overall, excellent service! 👍

Rating 3/5 My wife was admitted to the emergency after she had pain in her stomach. Narayana health immediately admitted her and started the pain management. Same day she was admitted to the ward and then got discharged next evening. Starting with the good part: Doctors are qualified and experienced. Once you come to Narayana your treatment will be top class. You don’t have to worry anything about the illness. And their paperless initiative where you get your reports in your app which I feel is good. They have ready to go Ambulances, good parking facilities. Now not so good part: The one word for it is Administrative issues. The day before she got admitted in hospital she had similar pain and doctor advised her to go in day care facility and told that she will get a wheelchair. She was in lot of pain and then also she had to wait for 25 minutes just to arrive the wheelchair From 1st floor to 5th floor. Once the wheelchair arrived the nurse took us to ground floor and later realised the day care unit is in 6th floor. During the admissions on 6th floor, Nurse asked me to take patient again to ground floor for the admission first for which i had to argue for 5 mins and they after some disagreements she got admitted in daycare. To continue on the administrative issues, there were lot but the major one was settling on the final bill. I opted for the insurance and they presented bill amount of approx 25000. I thought this is the final amount, but I got a discharge slip of approx 31000 which i asked why the amount is different . The billing section lady clarified that the final bill for the insurance company is different from the customer (in case of no insurance or if insurance is rejected). This is insane coz it means the hospital is charging customers more than they filled for insurance. Later my insurance got rejected due to specific illness waiting period and I had to pay approx 29000(3rd amount) that i don’t have any answer. Their charges varies based on customer situation. Not good. Apart from Administrative issues, their canteen is near to the parking space which creates lots of dust while you are eating. Just a gentle advise to shift their canteen to indoor space. The third one is the different doctor and nurses keep on asking same questions again and again. And the patient on lot of pain had to explain their situation again and again. Now this is not a doctor or nurse issue. They want all information for a good treatment. I feel there should be a platform where they record all the patient history and instead of asking patient, doctors and nurses should be advised to refer to the patient history before visiting them.

Unprofessional doctors only money mind management please don't go this hospital this my personal experience. There is no co-ordination between the doctor's and they want weeks together to take identify the problems.

We are trying from morning to get the test report but the Customer Care people are transferring the call to dispatch team and they are not pick the call. We are calling your customer care more than eight time. Tomorrow we are having a doctor appointment without this report it’s of no use. We never expected this kind of poor response from Narayana health care .
