I had a great experience at this aesthetics clinic. From the beginning, communication and transportation were made seamless thanks to Ahmed Muhammed which really helped ease any stress. When I arrived, the clinic itself was beautiful and had a very calming atmosphere. I immediately felt welcomed and, most importantly, listened to. The staff was professional and attentive, and the service was not only high-quality but also impressively quick. The only reason it’s 3 stars. I would not recommend staying in the suites. When we arrived most things were broken, I also requested nurses a few times and they never came. I had quite a large incident with a third party who works with the clinic. An assault occurred. It was brought to the attention of the manager, I wish there was more follow up regarding this incident but there wasn’t. Clinic and the staff 10/10 Suites 6/10 Would I return ? Yes absolutely. I would just stay elsewhere.

First visit - My treatment at natural clinic is in two parts, the first part went smoothly. The drivers came on time and the clinic staff are very friendly. The clinic is clean and modern and they do a lot of different procedures so you can get more than one thing done at a time.The only thing is there is a lot of waiting around once you get to the clinic. Second visit - I came for the second part of my treatment. Once again the drivers were in time and the clinic is clean but the waiting around is terrible. They pick you up from your accommodation and bring you to the clinic and have you waiting around for ages.. I waited in the waiting area for over 2hrs before being seen. I also gave information to my co ordinator before leaving the UK but this was not passed on so some of my treatment was unable to be carried out.. which is annoying people I could have been told this before and would not have exchanged as much money into euros. Feels like they accept too many patients for the service they are providing. So we are all just sitting around waiting our turn.. The actual treatment is fine but waiting around for long periods of time is not ok.

I had dental implants and crowns done at Natural Clinic and I'm really pleased with the results. The whole process was smooth and professional. Sarah, my consultant, was fantastic – very knowledgeable and supportive throughout. Irem was also amazing, guiding me through every step and always checking in to make sure I felt comfortable and informed. I felt truly looked after from start to finish. Highly recommend!

The clinic itself is modern, clean, and equipped with the latest technology, which gave me great confidence in the treatment. My dentist explained every step clearly and took the time to answer all my questions, which really helped ease any nerves I had. The results are fantastic, not only do my teeth look and feel better, but I’m also much more confident when smiling. Overall, it was a smooth, painless, and positive experience, and I would highly recommend Natural Clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care.

Thank Natural clinic. It was a lifetime experience and world-class services. On my first visit for extraction of the bottom teeth and implants, the doctor was a little impatient with me, and I had to tell him to stop. I explained my frustration with him, the way he was handling my head, that I am a patient who needs patience. But at the end, he did a great job; he has the skills but needs to be patience with patients. Coming in the next day for the extraction of the upper teeth, to be honest, I wanted to ask them for another doctor to attend to me, but to my surprise, before I could ask, they had already arranged for another doctor for the upper teeth extraction and implants . The extraction of the upper teeth and the implant by the new doctor was fantastic; I do not even know how to express myself but to thank him for his professionalism. He has the skills and patience management skills. Everything went smoothly, and I am very happy and do not regret coming to Natural clinic to get my Hollywood smile. Thank you, everyone, at Natural clinic.
