Hello, we are from Kazakhstan. Came here for diagnosis and treatment of my son. We really liked the clinic. Neurologist Barış Metin explained everything to us in detail. We learned a lot about my son's illness. My son has hydrocephalus and even after the tests we found out that he has epilepsy, the VP-shunt works at an accelerated rate, so my son did not develop. Now we are receiving treatment. We hope it helps insha Allah. I also liked the staff, especially the translators, I forgot the names, but one of them even knows the Kazakh language. It was super convenient. Thank you very much Bookimed, you are the best, you helped us a lot, especially thanks to Oksana and Anna, they always answered on time and put up with us for more than a month. At the first consultation, the doctor promised us a 50% improvement in our son’s health, but on the contrary, his condition worsened. When we returned home, he began to get very sick; Perhaps the medications didn’t work and we went to the clinic. Unfortunately, they did not answer us. They did 7 sessions of ECT (Electroconvulsive therapy), which is very dangerous for epileptics, after which convulsive attacks began, which occurred several times a day. I was desperate and didn't know how to help. We had to hospitalize our son at a local clinic. Doctors requested an extract from the NP Istanbul clinic. I received the translation of the extract with difficulty after 20 days. I wrote to the translator about everything and he seemed to report to the doctors of the clinic. I waited a month, I thought that the doctors would get in touch and correct their mistakes and help in some way, but on the contrary, they again offer their services for a fee. I'm in great shock! I do not recommend this clinic to anyone!

I did not like the doctor and in general consultation 30 minutes of time...half of the time was spent on translation...the doctor did not look at the sent documents in advance...in fact 15 minutes consultation without conclusion for 220$.

My experience with bookimed.com was the best ! I am a foreigner living in Istanbul with so many hospitals in a very big city , it was hard for me to find the best hospital. I googled and made phone calls to hospitals for weeks but with Bookimed.com my life became easier.I sent them a message and they replied so fast , they called me and we spoke , the time was 23hrs Turkish time , I managed to get an appointment the next morning around 10 am …. They found me the best hospital , it’s a brain hospital NP hospital on the Asian side of Istanbul, reasonable price and they made sure I was picked and dropped to my destination! A staff member was waiting for us and helped to translate everything we needed! Great team work , great hospital !
