This is the best private medical centre in Madrid. Super modern and operating with the newest medical equipment.
All receptions are offering outstanding customer service. Always polite and attentive.
Never issues with appointments. Very punctual and professional.

The laboratory at -1 is always insanely busy, and they have 1 person sitting behind the desk. Other employees behind other desks have zero patients and do nothing. I only have to drop something off and it took 1.5 hours, very bad.

Looks good from the outside, but I had a terrible experience at each one of my 4 visits:
First visit: I had to wait an hour. The doctor told me they book to many patients for them to see.
Second visit: It went well, but the next day they called me and told me I had to go back to redo part of the MRI because something went wrong.
Third visit: I came back to re-do part of the MRI. They had me waited 30+ minutes when it was supposed to be a quick stop and go to fix their mistake. After the wait, they told me the MRI correction wasn't necessary after all. what the !?
Fourth visit: I went back to see the doctor with my MRI result. Guess what. Well doctor wasn't there!? I did have a missed call on my phone, but they didn't even bother sending me a SMS or email to notify me. My insurance did charge me for this visit, so now I need to call the hospital about it. Unbelievable.
I haven't been back since then and don't want to go back ever. I'll find doctor in another clinic.

Laboratory lost the blood samples, and they dont reply for the last 15 days! They simply dont care! Unblievable, I sent 5 emails, no conclusion.
How a laboratory can lose the blood samples???
