I was passing through Bangkok and came here curious about getting laser treatment for rosacea. The doctor and staff spent a lot of time with me discussing the Vbeam treatment and my concerns. I had a small chin area done to test what the side effects and outcome would be. I was very happy and returned a month later to have a more extensive treatment.The treatments themselves were quite brief, the doctors and staff spent a lot more time reassuring me and answering my questions.Excellent experience. Great outcome.

I visited Proderma, having made an appointment, because I suffer from Sebhorric Keratosis, a common condition for fair-skinned people exposed to sun, often appearing on hands/forehead.I had sent photos of before my visit. I was greeted by a staff member who took me to a small room close to the waiting area. She had no idea what SK was, and spoke only about costs I would incur. I was told that the "doctor" would arrive in 15-20 minutes, but in fact I waited 40 minutes.I found myself half naked in a small room with the door open, with 3 staff members, negotiating price for the process of "freezing" the keratosis. In the end I had several prominent growths frozen for a reasonable price, however the whole experience was commercial, rushed and insensitive ..... so I will not be returning.

The best clinic I have ever been in Bangkok! I was nervous about my VBeam laser treatment but the staff I dealt with put me at ease, explained everything and made me feel in very safe hands. Highly professional and knowledgeable Doctor and staff. The end result of my treatment was amazing. I would definitely come here again and recommend them with my friends.
