I cannot thank the labor ward/ birthing staff enough for how amazing every staff member was, not only did you make sure my baby was born safely but you also made the entire stay so comfortable and welcoming, continuously making sure I and the baby was okay and looking after us so well.. a big thank you to everyone working on that floor 🩷

Really disappointed so far with the service, my wife is using the clinic for her pregnancy.
Every time we have an appointment we have to wait over 1 hour sometimes 2 despite having an appointment.
Staff don’t seem very helpful or friendly, seems like we’re paying a lot of money for shocking service.
Currently sitting in the the waiting room waiting for the midwife for 2 hours.
It continues today they call my wife to say the doctor has cancelled her appointment which was an important one and they give her another one for 3 weeks later, it’s very unprofessional and unfair to treat patients like that.

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from [The person charge to talk arabs peopleUnfortunately, I witnessed this staff member charging patients or visitors to discuss their concerns or receive assistance. What's more concerning is that they seemed to prioritize those who offered tips over others.
As a result, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I expect a higher level of professionalism and equal treatment for all patients and visitors, regardless of their financial situation.

I fully recommend not to go to this hospital. Personal at reception arrogant, I felt like they looked on us what are we doing there. We have been there with my wife with angina, paid 700 Eur for 2 minutes examination and they give us just painkillers and claimed the doctor do not see any issues. After 2 days it got worse so we came back with request of doctor review of my wife state. They asked for another 700 Eur. Total level of service: 5% level of arogance of reception: 100% level of profit for hospital: 100%
Whole story ended by termination of our holidays and we came back home and od course wife gets ATB.
Don’t go there!!

This small hospital in Fuengirola is very well managed and the assistants standing available to help anyone is something I've never seen before in Healthcare, it makes you feel cared for and supported.
It's the attention to little details which makes all the difference and this hospital has pleasantly surprised me. They seem to understand that better organization and going the extra mile in service, benefits all sides.
