Very pleased with the way everything went. Excellent organisation and attitude to the patient. The procedure itself is not very painful, everything is very calm (it only hurts when the anaesthetic is injected). The doctor prepares the channels for the hair herself. Excellent hotel, impeccable transfers and support from the organiser/translator. It's too early to tell about the results, but so far everything looks good. My only regret is that they didn't add hair on the temples. I wish the doctor had noticed that too. Very grateful to all the staff.

This is the first time I went to another country to have surgery and, for the first time, I went to Turkey. So I was very nervous. But from the preparation to the arrival by chat, to the arrangements on the spot: airport transfer, hotel, travelling to the dressing, I was fully under the care of the clinic staff. I knew what the next step was, what time it would be, when to take what medication, how the operation would go, etc. I knew everything. I was carefully guided through these few days, as if by the hand. The hotel where I was accommodated also took my needs into account: I had to work and the clinic staff booked a room with a desk, which was very important for my comfort during work. The clinic staff were helpful, professional, communicative and friendly. When I left, I tried to find anything that could have been improved and I realised that it would be very difficult to make a complaint - everything was done to the best of my ability. Some colleagues have already asked for recommendations and I was happy to give them.

Everything was super, I was picked up from the airport and brought directly to the hotel. Everyone was very friendly from the driver to the hotel staff. Special thanks to Bee Bee who always answered questions correctly, accompanied me all the time and even often came to the operating room to support me, ask how I was feeling and if I needed to translate anything to the doctors. In general, everything is fine, I was given a lot of medicines and hair transplant care products after the procedure. It's too early to talk about the results, if possible, I will update the comment in six months to share more detailed information about care, etc. Teşekkür ederim.

The hair transplant procedure was carried out at a high professional level. The medical staff was attentive to every stage - from counselling to post-operative care. The doctors demonstrated in-depth knowledge and experience, explained the process in detail and gave clear recommendations for recovery. The result exceeded expectations.

Trying to get hair replacement procedure in the USA is not only expensive and behind the expertise that other countries like South Korea or in my case, Turkey, are known for. From day one, Bookimed was extremely responsive and answered all my questions quickly and expertly, while getting me the best price for my hair replacement procedure. I was initially given a quote for Istanbul Plastic Surgery Clinic, but later given an even better rate and consultation with Adem & Havva Hair Clinic. I went with the FUE hair method which is less costly than the newer DHI method, and I believe just as effective, although a little more recovery is needed by about a few days with FUE method. Do your homework on what you want done for your needs and balance the price and see what works for you. Remember that two prices are offered for either procedure: "Shaven head" and "Unshaven head," With the shaven head being the cheaper cost but I believe more sanitary. Unshaven method does look better while you heal (you keep your regular hair) but I just believe removing all hair to allow doctors a clean base for the hair procedure is the best way to go, and cheaper and more sanitary too without sacrificing quality. Your cost will vary depending on your consultation with BookImed that includes sending them pictures with specific instructions. But ultimately the amount of hair grafts you need will determine the final cost. But BookiMed will work to find the very best deal for you based on procedure you've chosen. But compare other clinics if you feel better to see that Bookimed will give you the best rate for comparable procedures from other clinics. I recommend getting to Turkey about 3-4 days early so you can sight see this beautiful country before your hair procedure. They will arrange all transportation and hotel accommodations for you if you wish extra nights and will pick you up at airport and take you to your hair procedures. I cannot stress enough that my visit and my procedure was excellent and I highly recommend Bookimed for hair and even plastic surgery procedures ( I will do a chin lift next). It has only been a week since my procedure was done and can post pics based on my current status of healing. But I have not suffered any issues or side effects and my scalp and hair are healing and growing properly. The clinic will follow my hair process for one year to ensure my hair grows out well and I am completely satisfied. I hope this review helps many of you out there. Very good clinic, clean, pleasant and helpful medical staff and all employees. Convenient, high quality, everything is very well organised from picking up at the airport and travelling to the clinic. It is also very convenient that there is an interpreter, which in fact was a link between the patient and the clinic, solving all organisational issues.

The hotel is 4 stars, the room is good but overlooking the window of the room opposite, breakfasts mediocre, at check-in required a deposit of $ 100, which did not tell the staff of the clinic (but all promptly decided and settled me without a deposit, this is an obvious plus). The name of the clinic is not Adam and Eve, but Scala. The procedure is very heavy anaesthesia local and very painful, and from the middle and to the end of the procedure, painkillers are not administered and the whole head hurts very much. The doctor hardly appears during the procedure, the whole operation is carried out by young assistants. The interpreter is not always nearby and you have to communicate with the staff in English. From the documents they provide a certificate for the transplanted grafts and a receipt of payment, do not wait for the contract. After the operation there was no consultation with the doctor, they made a photo and said everything was fine. Transfer budget Renault not high, comfort rating 4. It was not comfortable to go after the operation (because the zone of transplantation is open and you can not touch anything) pills, sprays, inflatable pillow issued. Accompaniment after the operation: after 2.5 weeks wrote the curator with a question about how I feel (before that no one showed interest), I answered immediately, described the feelings, but this dialogue ended, they are not interested in you after receiving money.

Well, I’ll share my experience of hair transplantation. I was looking for a clinic for a very long time, I was afraid that there would be a good clinic, and most importantly, that there would be results. On bookimed, I referred to reviews and comments (I understand that this is not an indicator, but still). I left a request. The telegram replied that the coordinator girl was Vera. She answered all my questions (though at the end, just before the flight, there was a moment when she didn’t get in touch for several days, and then I started to worry). On bookimed, I wrote again in the chat, immediately within 5 minutes a girl wrote on WhatsApp and introduced herself as my translator, her name was Bibi. It became a little calmer, she sent me a hotel reservation document. By the way, the coordinator wrote back on the same day and also canceled the reservation. Then there was worry about how they would greet me, although they immediately gave away all the instructions, where to go, who would meet, a photo of the person who would meet, all this was there, but the excitement was present. Upon arrival, I went through as it was written in the instructions, when I got out, the driver was already waiting, it was clear that he was constantly looking at his phone and around (on the day of departure I was asked to send a photo of what I looked like), that is, he was constantly watching who he should to meet us as soon as he saw us, he immediately greeted us with his hand, the driver’s name was Zafer (you won’t be able to get lost, the transfer is at the highest level, I liked it.) The driver brought us to the hotel, we checked in. The first day was a day off. On the second day there should have been a procedure. On the first day, I was immediately instructed to get enough sleep and eat well in the morning (breakfast included). At a certain time, the driver picked us up, brought us to the clinic, Bibi met us at the entrance, filled out the documents, then went to the office, where there was already an examination and the doctor first drew a line for the hair transplant. Everything was very fast, I didn’t ask any questions as such, because I’m more concerned about the result, but the questions that were all answered. Next was the transplant procedure. We took another BEFORE photo, took blood from a vein, shaved my head, and the doctor once again more accurately drew how the hair would be transplanted. The hair transplant procedure itself began, the most painful thing was the anesthetic injections, I have a normal attitude towards pain (I had mesotherapy procedures and for me it was quite acceptable), but the injections were very painful. After the injections you don't feel anything at all. The transplant is performed by 2 doctors (I won’t say the names, because I didn’t remember, my head was thinking about something else). The translator immediately said that the procedure would take about 6-8 hours. In the end it lasted about 9 hours. There was also lunch during the break. After the procedure itself, they rewound my head, gave me pills, Bibi explained how to take it, and also sent me instructions in writing. There is no point in describing it in detail anymore, because on the third day there was a dressing change, it took literally 15 minutes, the whole day was free. The fourth day was already check-out, hair washing and flight home. On the day of writing the comment, 11 days have already passed since the transplant, it is too early to talk about the result, for me the most important thing is the result. What can I say in the end, in principle I was pleased with the trip, everything was at the highest level, communication, transfer, everything I was worried about turned out to be a wasted worry in the end. The only thing to note is that at the end the clinic offers you to buy a set (shampoo, spray, rollerball), buy it if you want, or don’t buy it. I was not warned about this and I flew without luggage, that is, I would not have been able to take it away. On my own behalf, I will say that the clinic offers this kit much cheaper than it costs on the Internet, so see for yourself.

I can definitely say that I recommend using the services, initially I thought that this was some kind of deception and that my money would be stolen or that upon arrival no one would be waiting for me and it would all be some kind of joke, but I was surprised that upon arrival the driver met me at the exit with airport and took me to the hotel where I spent the night there for three days, I can say about the hotel: the hotel is so-so, very noisy, the mini refrigerator did not work, the TV remote did not work, the sheets had holes or there were traces of blood, morning lunch is generally horror, there is almost no choice of food, what to expect from economy class, I ordered food to the room there, based on the pictures, one thing brings another, the taste of the food is generally disgusting, as if it wasn’t fried, I don’t even know, then we went to the clinic the next day, I don’t know why, but it turned out the clinic had a different name, but that doesn’t matter anymore, the main quality was everything went well, everything was painless except for the injections at the beginning. The disappointment was initially that the operation was carried out by assistants and not by the surgeon himself and they carried out it without his presence, or he came there once or twice, but this was initially an opinion, but the girls worked well, they did their job and now my hair is growing and so far it’s already the 9th day of almost a scab passed. now about the translation, she was just super helpful, always translated and responded very quickly, out of everyone she did her job 200% I recommend this clinic but it’s better to choose another hotel or a better room
