I was nervous travelling to a different country where I don’t know the language for this operation. Also this surgeon and hospital was about 20% cheaper than other offers and I hoped that wouldn’t be reflected in the quality of care. I shouldn’t have worried! I felt taken care of the whole time. They went above and beyond to make sure I was Ok. Ismael my co-ordinator and translator was lovely and professional. The doctor did an amazing job with my nose and I am so happy with the results. I can 100% recommend this clinic and surgeon.

I had two operations, the first was hair transplantation with Dr Murad and the medical assistant Aaron and Alina, the doctor was wonderful, he has a lot of experience, in less than ten days the transplanted hair began to grow, and as for Aaron and Alina, they were wonderful, especially Aaron was wonderful, as for the operation The second is the treatment and reduction of the nostril, Professor Salim was a professor with all the meaning of the word, the result was fantastic and he is a very capable and understanding doctor, and I do not forget to mention the translator Ismail, he is also a kind and serviceable person and delivers the right information, as well as Fatima is a very wonderful person.

I've just had rhinoplasty and I want to thank my doctor who fulfilled my wishes in the shift. I'm grateful to the interpreter Olga, who was always in touch and provided assistance, and to the clinic staff, especially the night shift. I also thank the consultant Kateryna, who met all my wishes and organised all the necessary examinations, consultations and surgeries so well (Thank you)

For us it was the first experience and we faced the operation for the first time .I want to say that everything is just 10 out of 10 )the interpreter is just an amazing woman in everything helped, there were no difficulties, everything was so well thought out and cohesive, we were very satisfied and did not regret a bit that we turned to you .Thank you very much for everything, you have a great team, we were really satisfied, I as a person who is looking for a catch everywhere, I was always thinking where is it, it can not be so simple and good, and indeed I was wrong, everything was and went perfectly ❤️.

It's hard to talk about the feedback on the operation itself if the results are still months away and the survey about the service is asked when even the first week hasn't even passed. The hotel is a standard 3*. It is clean. The clinic is the same in general. I don't know who the surgeon was, because I talked to him for only 2 minutes during the whole week - once before the operation and once when he was removing the bandages from my nose. He paid very little attention to him because he was always in a hurry to get the next client. The result of the operation itself is still unsatisfactory, and I have questions about my appearance and further rehabilitation - I have to wear a silicone spacer in my nose for another 3 months, so I can only breathe through my mouth. This is terrible. If I had known that it would be like this, I would never have done the operation. What makes me think is that no one warned me about this and, on the contrary, they assured me otherwise - that 1-2 weeks and then only creams and pills ... but it turned out to be a little different. The medical staff is very weak - they make mistakes, they are negligent - almost all aspects. The curator, Ms Olha, is quite the opposite - she is the only person whose attitude was 5*. I am very grateful to her for her help and support.

Upon Arival To Istanbul i was guided every single way. I was transported to and from hotel and airport. Ismael from the hospital was the highlight of my time spent in Istanbul as he helped each and everything needed. Procedure went smooth and the doctor Salim was amazing. He has the experience and talked me through everything slowly about the surgery. Aftercare was spot on and was assisted by a doctor nearly every hour upon my night stay in hospital. They also assisted my Uncle in getting a Skin Tag Removal procedure which was done within the same day. My uncle was also very happy with how this time in Istanbul was. Overall my time in Istanbul and Luqman Hekim Hospital was 10/10 and would highly recommend it. Thank you for everything.

I was really nervous at first but they made sure that I should be scared of nothing I liked every thing the hotel and the stay and the staff overall good
