Lokman Hekim Istanbul Hospital: Patients Reviews and Experience

I was hesitant at the beginning because I didn’t want what to expect. That changed since the min I landed. I had a wonderful experience and everything went smooth. From and to the airport to the hospital, the amenities and staff were all exceptional, just as described upon booking. They met and exceeded my expectations . The only thing I would improve is the night shift nurses could be a little more fluent in English instead of using google translator. Overall the whole team was really nice . Would definitely recommend this clinic !!

I really liked the speed of service and the quality of work. I was alone in a foreign country, but I did not feel lonely. At all stages, I received the necessary information and care. The team works smoothly and efficiently as a single mechanism. If I need treatment again, I will only turn to Bookimed

Excellent hospital and amenities. Modern room with attentive staff. Efficient care. Translators had excellent english and were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Food was ok! Dr was lovely and always on time.

I was on 29 September 2025 at Lockman hekim clinic for breast and eyelid reduction.All my fears and doubts were in vain. From the very beginning of my enquiry at Bookimed to the last taxi ride to the airport after the procedures, everything went without a single obstacle. Everything went smoothly and smoothly. We arrived very early, we were taken to the clinic and our interpreter Olga was already in touch with us. We were placed in a beautifully decorated room, on the same day all the necessary medical parameters were taken. The doctor clearly explained what would happen and how it would be done. We were in the clinic for 3 days and then to the hotel. It was also clean, beautifully designed, rich breakfast. I recommend Lokman Hekim and Dr Marat Yaman if you want to change your appearance.

I travelled alone, but I didn't feel lonely, I had support from all sides ☺️ Transfer is super, I didn't even expect that it would be so VIP, the drivers are very well-mannered, attentive, careful driving! The hotel is great, I got even more than положено👍🏼 The interpreter Olga provided all kinds of help, support and was always there for me! 🫶 I had a difficult operation on my nose, but Murat Yaman is a professional and did everything to the maximum and even more, I do not regret that out of all the options I was offered I chose him 🥰 I hope my nose will be beautiful) Thank you so much 😊

From my first communication with Bookimed, I knew I had made the right decision. We felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived at Istanbul airport, where they were waiting for us and took us to the hospital. The interpreter was wonderful, she organised everything for us and kept us informed at all times. The medical tests were quick and great, and Dr Murat has magic in his hands. He was very attentive and friendly, and everything was super organised, just as I had discussed on the phone. Now I am at home with my treatment and I can still consult them if I have any questions, they continue to take care of me. I have had other surgeries in Istanbul, but I definitely recommend contacting them. They will provide you with everything you need.

Good afternoon! My trip was fully in line with the pre-plan and the package I was offered. For me the main thing that was prescribed everything was fulfilled 💯! All the people around me gave me confidence and peace of mind. I can't tell you the result of the operation yet, I need time. Yes, the organisational issues here are on the level!

We were brought straight to the hospital after arriving. Good transfer! Olga, our interpreter, met us at the hospital. She was not only an interpreter but also a counsellor on many issues in Istanbul, as it was the first time we had been here. In the evening we took a blood test and in the morning I was operated. I came out of the anaesthesia easily, already in a new image. The doctor was very attentive, both before the operation, during the examination, and after. Service staff, very nice nurses, even though I did not understand them, but smiled doing their job and did not embarrass me. In the hospital I was with my husband only two nights, I felt good and we moved to the hotel (room large, clean with breakfast included!). We went to the dressing. There was always a transfer! Additionally I want to add about Istanbul - it is very interesting and mysterious city fairy tale! Thank you all who supported me from the very beginning of my decision and to the end! Peace, health and fulfilment of wishes! I recommend it!

I was nervous travelling to a different country where I don’t know the language for this operation. Also this surgeon and hospital was about 20% cheaper than other offers and I hoped that wouldn’t be reflected in the quality of care. I shouldn’t have worried! I felt taken care of the whole time. They went above and beyond to make sure I was Ok. Ismael my co-ordinator and translator was lovely and professional. The doctor did an amazing job with my nose and I am so happy with the results. I can 100% recommend this clinic and surgeon.

At the moment I am in the process of recovering from the operation, but I can say that Bookimed.com is a great team, special thanks to the assistant Peguy ❤️ he was in dialogue with me on all issues, found a great clinic, Doctor❤️ with a great team. Also the translator ❤️ accompanied on all issues, transfer, everything was provided. The price was discussed in advance and no hidden costs.
