The professionalism of the team, the way Bookimed organized everything smoothly, and how the hospital staff made me feel calm and supported from the first moment. I also liked the cleanliness of the hospital and how comfortable the rooms were.
Honestly, nothing major. I’m not someone who enjoys hospitals, but this time I actually felt relaxed and well taken care of. The only difficult part was the stress before surgery, but the team helped reduce it.

Bookimed was always available, fast, and clear with all information. Maksym, my coordinator, supported me the whole way, even when I had to change my travel plans and come earlier. He reorganized everything without any problem and always checked on me to make sure I was okay. Their recommendation for the hospital was perfect, and the whole experience was better than I expected.

The hospital was spotless
Everything went well at the airport. The hospital was spotless. My surgeon explained what the results would be and I agreed to the gynecomastia procedure. It's now five months later and the scar is there, as expected, but my nipples are a mess. That part wasn't explained to me. I didn't take my shirt off before because of man boobs and now I can't take my shirt off because of my embarrassing nipples. They look nothing alike!

Horrible English speaking skills. Lack of motivation to servige patient if beeded. Overall information sharing to patient is very poor. Also i got complication after surgery. I needed another surgery in Finland.

Location was very clean. The staff was pleasant. The doctor was confident in his approach. It’s been a few weeks and results look good. It takes time I understand so I’m waiting to see the final results. But so far so good.

Very good experience
Everything was smooth from airport transfer up to the surgery. Very good experience.
Surgery procedure went as planned.
Post operation medicines not included. Although cheap, it was hard to walk to it to buy the products days after the surgery.
