Everything was very much appreciated. From airport transfer to airport transfer. All questions were solved as quickly and efficiently as possible. The operation itself was perfect, the result exceeded expectations. I would also like to mention the interpreter Varvara, a very nice girl who is always on the phone and answers all questions.

Dr. clinic. Hakan Teymur, the surgeon who performed the operation, is a very attentive and tactful doctor. I completely trusted him and the result exceeded my expectations.
The clinic’s consultants are always in touch. They will answer all questions. Muhlise, Narmina, Semra, thank you very much for your work. The organization, transfer, accommodation are all excellent!
Now about the hospital where the operation was performed: Very clean, comfortable room. Special thanks to the night shift of doctors who were on duty the night after the operation. I don’t know your names, but I felt cared for despite the language barrier.

Upon arrival, we were met by a transfer, a very polite man) settled in the hotel. The next day we went to the clinic. The operation went quickly and the doctor Ece Kayafatlar has golden hands. Did everything I wanted❤️ Answered all my questions. After the operation, I went to the clinic for examination twice. The staff is very polite. The hospital is clean and warm. They really took their 5 * to the hotel, well, this is already according to their preferences. Our translator Elina was also very attentive and went to any of our proposals. We're flying back tomorrow. I recommend the clinic as well as the doctor.

My stay in the clinic was as comfortable as possible. There was constant support: from office to office, to the room, to the hotel, from the hotel, from the airport and back ... The only thing that bothered was that the translator was from Turkish into English and not into Russian)) But it seems that everything is fine )) Excellent service at the clinic, sympathetic and caring. The room (and you won’t call it a ward) is comfortable. It is possible to stay overnight, for example, to a relative (there is a small couch). A professional surgeon is a master of his craft with tremendous experience and excellent skills, a very caring and educated staff, a good mental interpreter-assistant. The location is convenient, close to a huge shopping center and many cafes and eateries. Metro 10 minutes walk. Next to the clinic on the corner are delicious chestnuts and fresh juice. Experienced before the trip, but in vain. Eight days spent in Istanbul was not enough. The clinic is above all praise, the city is fabulous. 10 points out of 10 :)

I stayed at the clinic for 6 days, good conditions, separate room, 3 meals a day. The medical staff was always on the phone, they helped in any situation. I was surprised that manipulations with blood (taking analyses, treatment of stitches after surgery) are carried out without disposable gloves, for this a huge minus. Consultations with the doctor were also very fast, he was always in a hurry. I had a lot of questions, but half of them remained unanswered. He does his job, but especially does not explain or tell anything. For me this is also a disadvantage.

Many thanks to the Bookimed platform! I decided to have a mastopexy, wrote, and immediately received an answer. I sent photos and the name of the doctor I chose myself (by reading comments on various pages on the Internet and looking at the work) and received a response from the doctor a few days later with the estimated cost. The price already included everything (transfer from the airport to/from the hotel with breakfast, stay at the clinic + the operation itself, linen, translator, transfer between the clinic and the hotel). Fortunately, you could take an escort with you. My sister came with me. After the operation, I was glad that I was not flying alone. The next day after the operation I was discharged. This is where help was needed: getting out of bed, bringing food to the hotel, washing, etc. My sister's stay was free. After arriving home, the translator remained in touch for another month (until there were no more questions left). My doctor was Mr. Ergin Er. A professional in his field and simply a charismatic man :-) I am writing this comment a month after the operation. I'm happy with the result! Everything went as I had imagined: I was calm and completely relied on the doctor and his experience. (before making the decision, of course, I re-read everything about this type of operation, implants and risks). Rehabilitation, of course, is not an easy task, but if necessary, then you have to be patient!! That’s what I did, following the doctor’s recommendations. In general, you need to suffer for a month and wow, you with beautiful breasts! I continue to apply contratubex to the seams, and every time I admire my breasts in the mirror! The moment I saw the result, even with the initial swelling, I could tell the shape was exactly what I wanted. It’s a great feeling. My goal was a more defined tip, and that's precisely what the surgeon delivered using an open approach. The whole process was smooth, and the staff were genuinely caring. The most difficult part of recovery so far is just having to sleep upright, which is temporary. A huge bonus is that I am breathing perfectly through my nose already. Beforehand, Dr. Yaman explained his deep plane technique very clearly for my facelift, which also included my upper and lower eyes, brows, and a lip lift. This personal touch was part of the overall atmosphere. Every thing had a positive vibe; everyone was professional and warm, and the facilities and transportation were exceptional. It felt like Dr. Yaman really cared for you as a person. My recovery is progressing about as expected. I received a clear aftercare guide and had no additional expenses. For me, a little more language support could be useful, but it didn't hinder the process.

From start to finish, the whole experience went smoothly. Communication was exceptional, and having a translator helped greatly—I understood what was happening more than I would have in my local hospital. The doctor was open and honest, explaining exactly where the scars on both my arms would be, their visibility, and how to position my arms for recovery. I would have liked an itinerary with timings and some aftercare instructions in paper format. That said, the clinic is easy to reach and stays in touch with clear guidance. I am feeling better than expected. My only extra cost was the flight. Definitely bring lots of baggy clothes and some snacks. I can honestly give 5 *

Clean, Caring, Smooth transitions, patient led and patient at the front of every decision, even being home I can contact the clinic and get a timely response.
The Dr was open and honest, had a great sense of humor and has given me some neat scars.
The staff were fabulous , they listened and talked you through as much or as little as you wanted
I would have liked an itinerary, some more information of where to be at what time and how I was getting there.
Some aftercare in paper format so that I could go back and read that rather than contacting the clinic would be great.

I’m still early in my recovery, but I’m feeling better than expected. The support afterward has been solid. The clinic has stayed in touch and gave me a straightforward aftercare guide. The only additional expenses were for recovery medications and compression garments, which was a small and predictable cost. A piece of advice for others: make sure you confirm the most direct route to the airport pick-up location in advance and ask about which airport is most convenient for travel, as it can make a difference.
The care was exceptional. From the moment I opened conversation expressing my interest in the procedure and process, the Bookimedgroup and hospital team walked with me through every step with excellent communication, accommodating all of the travel mishaps, and ensuring that I was comfortable, and took extremely helpful steps l, at their inconvenience, to make me feel well taken care of.
The coordinators, nurses, and doctors were professional, kind, and explained each detail as much as I needed to feel that the procedure would be a smooth, safe, and rewarding. I am extremely pleased with the experience, and have already recommended them to my family member, interested in a different procedure. I would be happy to work with them again, and would not even consider another option. They made things almost too easy. The facility was clean, well staffed, and made the stay as comfortable as could be asked for. Everyone was kind and caring, and really made you feel... safe.
I would tell anyone on the fence, talk to the Bookimed team, even as an exploratory conversation. There was no pressure, they are sensitive to people's needs and unique situations. Well, the hospital food is a general human complaint, and doesnt count. Sometimes the nurses and I had language difficulties l, but in most cases l, there was someone available to come and translate specific details. Otherwise, I have zero complaints. It was the best medical experience I have had, so it is difficult to site an improvement, directly.

The conversation with my surgeon before the procedure made all the difference. He was respectful of my gender identity and carefully explained which technique would be best for my body, taking the time to discuss my chest masculinization goals. I opted for a result without nipple grafts, with a plan to get tattoos later. So far, my recovery is going about as expected. The clinic has been great about staying in touch. It was also a relief that there were no additional expenses on top of the original price. Everything was straightforward.
Everything was communicated well, and done efficiently.
