Dental Bosphorus : Patients Reviews and Experience

Dental Bosphorus is an excellent clinic for dental treatment thank you to Mustafa and Dr Mert. I went to them as I had been a victim of poor treatment from another clinic. Dental Bosphorus offered me a whole treatment plan and carefully explained what I would need to get done. I was treated by high skilled dentist such as Dr MERT! Who has been fantastic during this treatment! They removed my poor positioned implants and gave me bone grafting which was successful. They then gave me Emax bridges which look great. I strongly recommend DENTAL BOSPHORUS for excellent dental treatment! They also organized transportation from my hotel to the clinic and were extremely supportive and helpful very down to earth people! Thank you

Full information was provided during treatment. Dr. Yusuf is a competent specialist. I didn’t like the inaccurate time of the doctor’s appointment: they prescribe one time, the appointment can occur in 15-30 minutes. One day another specialist saw me because my doctor was busy with another patient. At the beginning of treatment, it turned out that Elif, the coordinator on the Turkish side, was not in the clinic. It was a big surprise.

(vi betalar mycket skatt, 50% av min lön men vi får inte den typen av tjänster vårt land). Hela resan gick bättre än bra från början till slut.

I would say this is one of the worst dental experiences I've had. And this is coming from someone who has been in and out of dental clinics for the past 4 years (braces and invisalign). They are rude, poor communication, tried to convince me to get veneers (when I didn't need them), the service itself was extremely aggressive with no regard for my comfort or pain. They had put an underwire to keep my teeth together, it fell off after 1 week, meaning I have to go to another dental clinic. Waste of time and money. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone.

To be honest I am very disappointed with this clinic after visiting it, I am disappointed with Turkey completely, it seems to me that in this country there is such an attitude in all clinics, how can you treat teeth without anaesthesia, I do not understand that they are alive and hurt. They hired trainees 17 years old, they do not understand that you need to work carefully and not laugh when a person in pain says ay ay.

The overall experience was good, my only complaint would be the medical team could try and do better in terms of involving the patients in their care, they should tell you exactly what is to be done before going ahead and actually doing it, there needs to be a presence of a translator at all time while with the dentist because sometimes questions/concerns come up but there’s no one around to ask, and when asked the dentist they usually brush it off or give you half answer which doesn’t really satirsy and when request the translators to come, they are often too busy.

A wonderful clinic, in Russia one child was offered expensive orthodontic treatment, and the other was offered a filling, in this clinic, to wait 11 years and start treatment, so I understand that doctors in Russia cheated on money. I had my wisdom tooth removed very successfully, without complications. I am very satisfied with the quality of treatment and the prices are quite reasonable! I recommend!

I would like to express my appreciation for all staff, doctors, assistants, nurses and other employees of the dental clinic. Since my feet touched the ground of Istanbul they showered me with their hospitality and their full care . I arrived on November, 7th, 2021. They offered me a transportation from the airport to the hotel, next day they took me to the clinic which is a full dental facility with all equipments that you need. The hospital is very clean and all staff are very friendly , helpful and friendly. Medical staff is professional. I recommend this unique hospital to all others. If you need a dental work or other family member or a friend do not hesitate to contact this hospital. I got an all on 4 dental implants procedure. It’s been a year since then and the teeth and implants have fallen out of my mouth. They are not responding to my problem or trying to fix it and are not honoring the guarantee. DO NOT GET YOUR TEETH DONE HERE, ITS NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!

The service is great .very efficient . The hotel is great .i went for first visit for all on 6 implant .upper and bottom jaw . The clinic is in a hospital ..it put me at ease .my coordinator is very good ..the team of surgeon dentist .prothesist are all very professional ..the surgery went well .i had one chick swallowed after and browsed bit then .no pain . Only discomfort mainly because of healing process of gum and all 12 implants .. a prescription was given to me.antibiotic and painkiller.. thank you .see you soon for second visit
