I am grateful to bookmed for helping me choose a clinic. Everything that was promised was fulfilled in full! We were met and organised everything very efficiently in terms of time. The interpreter Akilai was very good, she solved all our queries and questions very quickly and was available 24/7. Dr Hakan - hair transplant and Dr Ibrahim Renoseptoplasty are very competent. I would like to mention Dr Hakan in particular, he was very attentive, friendly and open, explained everything and took care of us...The doctors did a great job and now everything depends on how carefully their recommendations will be followed during the rehabilitation period.

My dream came true ❤️ I had a hair transplant at the Dr.Med clinic. I am grateful to Hakanu Hospital and its team for their professional work and 24/7 support. All the days I spent here, I was supported. There were always translators nearby. I recommend that anyone else who has the same problem should decide to undergo surgery. ❤️

I am incredibly glad that I chose this doctor. Thanks to the medical staff and translators/assistants, the not-so-pleasant procedure went smoothly, quickly and well. The doctor is very attentive, spends a lot of time, gives advice, jokes. It is very calming and relaxing before and after surgery. The operation itself was almost painless for me, so much so that I did not take a single painkiller during recovery. A week ago i had 2 surgeries in this clinic(rhinoplasty and hair transplant). Currently i am still in recovery process, but i am already very satisfied with the results. The personnel here is very friendly and always opened for any questions. I highly recommend this clinic, cause once you arrive to Istanbul, the staff will take care of you until the very end and you have nothing to worry and do except constantly looking in the mirror at new version of you.

I liked absolutely everything, from the beginning of how I was greeted to how I was taken to the airport, what a wonderful service, considering the fact that I don’t know any language at all except Russian! I am very satisfied with my first experience of appearance transformation because I encountered a highly qualified and professional approach. I had a complex surgery (hair transplant, otoplasty, rhinoplasty). I was prepared for a long and agonizing rehabilitation. But... not at all! Everything was organized and executed at a very high level. No pain, but a perfect result. The doctors are open to your comments. After the otoplasty I did not like my left ear and I told my doctor about it. He made corrections immediately. Yesterday I came home and looking in the mirror I am happy to see myself new and beautiful😇
