My personal experience. I live in Germany. I had a vital operation. Due to the high risks associated with age (85 years) in clinics in Germany, including paid ones, I was refused. I applied to Lithuania, Czech Republic, Russia. The result is the same. I found out about Bookimed by chance on the Internet. The Haiane Kompaniiets coordinator called me immediately. Finding clinics was not easy. Only 2 clinics in Europe agreed to a preliminary consultation, and the cost of the operation itself was off the charts. The coordinator did an incredible job in search and found a clinic in Turkey, in Bursa, at an affordable price. Then another coordinator, Ekaterina Chalysneva, was connected to me, who sent all the tests, doctors' opinions to the clinic, and agreed on the date of the operation. They met me at the airport, brilliantly performed the operation and escorted me back to the plane. Everything was done so smoothly and efficiently that I never cease to be surprised. The coordinators I have named are so caring people that they learned about the results of the operation and congratulated me on the success. I am grateful to them and will never forget. This is the merit of Bookimed, because such people work there. Advantages: There are so many of them that you cannot list them all. Disadvantages: they simply do not exist

The clinic is modern, the staff is friendly and professional. The ward is very comfortable with a personal shower room with a toilet - of course everything is very clean. The clinic has a Russian-speaking staff. I would also like to note the work of Bookimed coordinator Vladimir Andrievsky, who was in touch almost 24 hours a day! Problems that arose in the process of organizing were solved with his help! The representative of the clinic and at the same time the translator Almira quickly and professionally organized the examination of the doctor, the operation and other consultations. Thank you all very much! Due to the fact that the rehabilitation period has not yet ended regarding the operation and its results, I will write an additional review.

WOW is all I can say . DR. Cenk Sen was professional and informative. He made me feel comfortable in his magical hands. It has only being a week post OP and I FEEL WONDERFUL.
