Hello. The operation was performed at the Estetik International clinic. The clinic looks expensive. Everything in it is beautiful, expensive, rich, an excellent ward, and so on. But. A lot but. I'll start. Bukemed organized everything quickly. They are great. Only I clarified a couple of times when to take tickets back home. They said on the 14th. And the operation was on the 10th. Analyzes on the 8th. 9 clinic day off. Arriving at the clinic, the translator Ozan, the translator, tells me that she should fly 17-18 back. Since the days are counted from the moment of the operation. That is, I was not correctly informed in bookimed. OK. I left earlier. The doctor said everything is healing. The clinic itself and its attitude towards me. I had a lift and an increase. The operation was carried out on the 10th at about 15.00. On the 11th at 14.00 I was told that I had an hour to get ready and the transfer would take me to the hotel. I begged to leave me for a day or at least until the morning in the clinic. Since it was terribly hard for me, everything hurt a lot. I couldn't get up, get dressed, etc. I felt dizzy and my blood pressure dropped. But I was told 250€ a day at the clinic or go to the hotel. I went to the hotel. I had drainage. It needs to be cleaned. I was told to do it myself. Once a translator came for me. Since I refused to do it myself because I could just faint from all this. The next day, a friend helped me to do this, and then they removed the drainage and sent me home the next day. And here the most interesting begins. Manager Katerina or coordinator. I don't know her position correctly. I'll attach a screen recording showing the dialog. Transfer to the airport is included in the price of all this. I started talking about the transfer in the evening before the day of departure. Then in the morning. Then I was told to expect a transfer. Then they said that it was broken or something else and that I would call a taxi myself. I couldn't do it because I couldn't pay. The card already had a limit on funds. There is such a law in Ukraine. 100.000 UAH per month I can spend abroad. For a very long time I was hung up with a taxi. The plane is in a couple of hours. A child is waiting at home. I'm on my nerves. Due to the lack of specifics and information, at the end of all this, I just lost my temper and could not find other words except mats and tears. In the end, they called me a taxi. I'm going. With full confidence that he was paid. The taxi driver shows the amount. And I understand that it is not paid. I had to ask for a card from their parents. Attach it to your phone and pay. Next, I go to the airport. I understand that I won't be able to. The clinic helped only in the fact that they checked me in for the flight. When they realized that I could really be late, and then they would have to resolve the issue with tickets and the hotel at their own expense, since it was all their fault. There are 100+ people in line at passport control. I understand I can't. Spit in an hour exactly. The gate has already been opened. And I decide to try. I just asked each person if I could go in front of him, and so I went in line and got on the plane. Now the clinic does not respond to me. Bookimed said that the money would be returned for a taxi, but this issue could be resolved for months. But I'm really looking forward to it. Katerina said the issue is under consideration by the authorities. For the past three days does not answer at what stage the question. Regarding the doctor. All OK. I had a difficult breast situation. He corrected her. But so far it's only been a week. I think it's definitely better than it was. But he didn't hear me. I asked for bigger breasts. I installed a 400 ml implant, but I don’t like it because there is no volume anyway.

My first contact with Estetik International was through Zumrud, who was so attentive with any questions I had. I was very nervous to travel abroad for surgery but her knowledge, compassion, guidance in surgeon & professionalism put me at ease. The pick-up from the airport was luxurious & hassle free, with communication and foolproof directions. The guest relations assistant Olivia was very professional. The pre-test before surgery was far more intensive than I had prepared for, at first I was very overwhelmed but on reflection (and no unexpected bad news), the in-depth testing was medically competent and in line with the extensive care Estetik International provided me. In my consultation with Dr Selçuk Aytaç I found him knowledgeable, direct and professional. My treatment plan changed to include a 360 lift instead of a simple tummy tuck, this was my biggest fear due to scarring and healing time. 11 day’s post op today I saw my scars and honestly I have worse stretch marks, his work is so proficient and tidy. I traveled alone so my biggest fear was aftercare. The nursing staff are so unbelievably kind, reassuring, professional and friendly. The experience would have been very empty without them. In emotional moments they really cheer you up, in vulnerable moments they put you at ease all while delivering top notch attentive care. I’m too early in my treatment plan to say I love all my results but I’m excited to heal and will return. I can wholeheartedly recommend Estetik International, Bookimed and medical travel. From my personal experience in the treatment I have received here, compared to my experience in my home country, the quality of service and detail of care is far superior than anything I expected.

The ward is not bad, and the staff themselves, some incompetent, poured an IV on the bed, slept in a wet bed at night, the IV catheter was poorly positioned, my arm was very sore. The person who was supposed to accompany me did not come, since it was Sunday, I believe that there should be no days off for such cases. I could not explain to them, but on the second day a more competent girl came and arranged everything. The doctor is young enough, but I think he coped with the chest, but I'm not happy with the liposuction of the legs

I want to leave a positive experience about the clinic, I did a breast augmentation Very attentive translator Ozan, he is always in touch, and quickly answers all questions, just like the doctor. But at the moment I am completely satisfied with the doctor and the clinic and the staff. The hotel room and the fee were just as comfortable for the stay.

A month has already passed after the operation and I want to share my experience. I found out about the clinic by chance from the Internet, I did not know what to expect in reality. I had terrible prejudices about Turkey, but nevertheless I decided to fly - if I suddenly didn’t like something - I would just return that day. What was my surprise when, from the very first minute, I felt such concern and attention that all doubts were dispelled - yes, that’s it! And when I met Dr. Aytach, I realized that this was MY doctor! I have very thin skin, and after giving birth, she was all in "stretch marks." Ukrainian doctors called my skin parchment paper and did not particularly undertake to operate. Dr. Aytach said that I will have beautiful breasts and he did it to me !! This is just unbelievable !! I’m still unusual with new breasts, to be honest it’s still hard, but when I look at myself in the mirror, I thank the doctor that he just gave me a new one! Now it's up to my body, before complete healing, time will still have to pass, but even now the difference is visible in the photo. What else surprised me? The clinic itself in the first place - it is very modern, and as by our Ukrainian standards - just fantastic. No need to run through laboratories to take tests, wait for doctors. Everything is in place - and a doctor’s examination, and tests, and consultations with an anastasiologist. Super-selected staff, for the entire stay - only positive impressions, attentiveness, friendliness, professionalism. Special thanks to Elena’s personal assistant, it was thanks to her that I decided to have an operation, she answered my endless questions, made recommendations, coordinated my visit. By the way, I must say that their service is really at the highest level. Starting from the airport, transfers, rooms are simply super - spacious, equipped to modern standards, a pleasant hotel, in which I was after the operation. By the way, when I arrived it was late at night, but I was met, placed in the ward so that I could relax, because check-in at the hotel was only from 12 noon. It was very nice. Also on the day of departure, I had a late flight, and another room was allocated for me so that I could stay in the clinic and not wait at the airport. Another such moment. When I flew home after the operation, from time to time I had different questions, and they always answered me, never left me unattended, if something started to disturb me. Look at my example and decide! Girls, it's worth it. P.S. Ward was good. As for the doctor, I saw him very little. Consultation took exactly one minute. The anesthesiologist and the head nurse are very pleasant people, smiling, caring and kind. Coordinator Zhenya is also a very good girl. In touch with her so far. Of the minuses- Because of the heavy workload, you have to wait a long time. We waited for the consultation and the dressing and the operation itself. And the house too, until it is free. I cannot say anything about the result of rhinoplasty, too little time has passed. I can say one breath much better. At the expense of the aesthetic side, we will see later.

The hotel was super, the impression that I was on vacation, and not on treatment)) The room is comfortable, a huge bed, quality bed, there is a bathrobe and all the bath accessories, breakfasts on and by the way, I cook deliciously All that was promised before my trip - everything was so in reality, even where it exceeded my expectations! Surgeons are all pros! Jenka Shen’s clear advice on performing the operation made me a happy owner of a beautiful breast) Initially, I was planning a lipofilling with a facelift, but with a personal consultation on arrival, he clearly argued his decision in choosing an implant and I am glad that I trusted the professor! Post operational relation at European level! It sounded very much that Elena Kleomov gave me a lot of time and also offered the services of a dentist in the same clinic. They have a very cool technique and decided at the same time to whiten their teeth and do some kind of treatment and prosthetics. The transfer from the hotel to the clinic was included in the price. The drivers are polite, everything was very convenient and everything was for the comfort of the Client. I really liked the clinic. I was very happy with the provision of Bookimed services, but in the clinic itself I was not comfortable, there is a slight pressure, nobody directly answers questions all indirectly. For example, you say "I'm not sure" but you are led along the corridor

Everything went great. The clinic has excellent caring staff. The doctor was on call 24/7 all the time. The staff was very helpful and helped to do everything I asked for and even more.
