Honest review. Preparation before the operation first took place online with the manager (Yulia) . 24/7 in touch, Julia provided assistance in all matters that interest me regarding the operation. Having chosen the date of the operation, having bought tickets, I flew to Istanbul. There I was met by a transfer and taken to the hotel, which, accordingly, was reserved even earlier for me. The hotel is 5 stars, the room is very decent. Polite staff. Breakfast is also included. The next day, the operation (hair transplant) in the morning a car comes for me and we go to the clinic. First, I sign an agreement and they take a blood test from me. The haircut is already in the clinic, photographs are taken (as it was before and after) and we proceed to the operation itself. The clinic looks ordinary, not to say that it is super clean or very dirty. And now it's time for the operation itself. I will call it Turkish series. During the whole operation, employees talk about everything in the world. If only I had a couple more days like this and I would have learned Turkish (and this all happens above your head (30 cm). Anyone could come into the office at that time and some other doctors, employees, cleaning lady. The doctors themselves allow themselves to pick up the phone, talk. And this is all during the operation. Singing songs. Discussing series. Family problems. At some point, I would not be surprised if friends with a barbecue came to them, started making a barbecue, brought a toastmaster and played a wedding there. What can I say .... Turks (but in general, nice guys) I accepted it all, because I was worried about one thing - a good result. I had 4500 grafts transplanted. Now it’s too early to say, since only 10 days have passed after the transplant. I will write the 2nd review when there will be a 100% result. I was put on an almost tight bandage on the place of the donor zone, and taken to the hotel. The 2nd day is a rest. Having received all the recommendations, I of course (did not listen) and walked all day around Istanbul. On the 2nd day after the operation, I strongly recommend as much as possible o walk less. And then later you will look as if your head has been in evidence with bees. Strong puffiness. And the body really needs rest. 3rd day check out from the hotel, control head washing and then transfer to the airport. Everything is simple here, I checked out, they came and took me and took me to the clinic. They washed my hair (first lotion, then shampoo) and told in detail how it would be done at home and further care. They also gave lotion and shampoo as a gift)))) this procedure took half an hour maximum. And the last stage is transfer to the airport. The manager is in touch to the last, even after arriving home. This is not so that you came, paid - did the operation and you are no longer interesting to anyone. Attention, help, support at a high level) I recommend

Wonderful doctors, professional and at the same time listening to the patient. Individual approach 100%. Meeting at the airport, transfer, hotel check-in, escort - everything is great. Special thanks to my curator-translator Olga, simply a person with a capital P. She helped not only with medical issues 24/7, but also with her stay in Turkey, always in touch, always ready to help, always friendly and supportive.

Overall it was a great and very welcoming experience with the Hair Clinic. I could not have had a more helpful and informative pre procedure with Kubra and Mehmet in perfect English. On the day of the procedure there was a doctor and then 2 ladies who performed the operation in tandem through the various phases. Overall about 7 hours and very efficient but not rushed and I had their full professional attention for the day. Next day bandages off and first wash. I went in for an additional wash the day after also. Then took some days to mostly rest but also to see some of Istanbul. Donor and recipient areas healing well so far. Very happy!

My wife made a surprise - a trip to Turkey and a hair transplant. I found out about this within a few hours. I liked the clinic. We met at the airport. True, there was a tire puncture and we sold it in about 40 minutes. We were given 5 stars. Quite good with a good breakfast. It is not located in the very center, but getting there by taxi is no problem. About 20 minutes. The transplant took about 6 hours. First, they take blood for analysis. AIDS and all that. Then they shave. Next, a lot of anesthesia is injected into the donor area. 30 injections. More unpleasant than painful. Then they begin to shave and pull out the follicles. They said they took 4500. I didn’t count. Next, about 30 injections into the transplant area. Well, they start planting follicles like mushrooms. It feels like you're piercing cardboard with a pen. No pain. Between procedures they provide excellent food. Then bandage and go home. This is the most unpleasant and painful topic an hour before the end. The painkillers began to wear off and this was much worse than the injections themselves. But everything is tolerable. Childbirth is probably more painful. I liked everything except the woman doctor. She addressed me not as a patient, but as a bad boss addressing a subordinate. Always twice, but that was enough for me. "Mister, stand up!" the tone of the German officer is not exactly what I would like to hear. But the translator Olga worked 200%. She still supervises me and is always in touch. The director is a great guy. By the way, the assistant is also great. I recommend the clinic. The wife is smart. A good choice and most importantly, they didn’t try to bully me about the need for two trips for an amount many times more than I paid. I will see the result only in a year. In the meantime, only 12 days have passed. And, for the first time, it will be very difficult to sleep on your back. It's not a dream. You need to make sure you don’t scratch your head, lie down on it, and so on. But it's worth it. Good luck.

The stay in the clinic went well, all the time while the operation was going on, I listened to Turkish music. The doctors worked calmly and confidently, it is clear that they already have experience. The ward is ordinary, everything you need was there and nothing more.

High level of organization, caring attitude of the clinic staff, the operation is not very painful. I hope the end result after 8 months will also be good.

Despite the preliminary written and oral instructions, the clinic staff completely ignored the recommendations and, as a result, took almost 2 times more grafts than indicated. Thus, they simply destroyed my donor zone, left a bald spot that cannot be hidden by anything. Besides, it didn’t even make any sense, there was simply no need to transplant so much. Moreover, for some reason they planted places where there was already hair (from the previous transplant), while practically not touching the empty places. The hairline, despite the specific written and agreed wishes, was made as unnatural as possible by transplanting grafts with 3-4 hairs. In my opinion, in all aspects, the result of the "work" of this clinic looks simply sad. I think these people should be banned from working.
