Hisar Hospital Intercontinental: Patients Reviews and Experience

I had a VIP checkup at Hisar International Hospital, I liked it very much! The process was efficient, I went through all the examinations without any delays. Modern equipment, experienced doctors and friendly staff. The interpreter Rabia accompanied me everywhere and translated everything very well. I also had lunch at the hospital, delicious! The general practitioner at the end gave me a general assessment of the results of the analyses and gave me recommendations. I am very satisfied and have already recommended it to my friends!

I have received outstanding service. From very beginning to the end, no unpleasant surprises. I came to this clinic for a specific reason as my Australian doctors kept saying that I have no issues and year on year I went through medical checks and nothing has been discovered. Hissar hospital medical check identified many things and gastrointerogist is next level all together. All Doctors are amazing, high standard and very attentive. One of my translators Aikerim had medical background, therefore understanding of medical interpretation was a breeze.

If they can improve on having Doctors who speak english or a good translators. Also the cost quoted to a patient when booking should be maintained instead of bri ging other additional charges once you get to the hospital. They should also confirm things in advance instead of saying yes just so you can make an appointment and when you getvthere the service is not available. This wasted a lot of my time.

The hospital should show more interest and pay more attention to the patients

I lost my passport between the airport and the hospital. It was a nightmare experience and had to obtain an emergency travel permit to return to my country

The staff is excellent, very helpful and friendly

Medical team was good. None are reasonably English speakers so interpretation was always a challenge - our assigned Chaperone helped somewhat.
