The medical staff were professional. The translator was very nice. Bookimed agent was a fantastic person.
The hospital financial departments need better coordination with knowledge of clients deposited funds when booking consultations and treatments.

In my opinion, everything is just top-notch, starting with the doctor and ending with the staff. The transfer was well organized. An interpreter was provided, and the hotel was booked. I also want to express my gratitude to the coordinators, as they were always in touch. We even managed to make some good friends.
