Overall experience was positive
Overall experience was positive. Staff were friendly. Questions were answered timely. Transportation was provided to/ from airport and all medical appointments. Doctor is highly trained and answered all my questions.
Clinic was clean. Service c was exceptional
About Bookimed service
Winnington was my consultant. He answered all my questions and was understanding of my concerns. He coordinated and communicated well my pre_op and all my treatment plan between me and the clinic. Overall, was a positive experience.

I'm very happy with the results
Was everything I expected. I’m very happy with the results and the DR who performed my op. Nurses were helpful and friendly. Big thank you to Tatiana who helped me co ordinate from Australia, and Mia from ID clinic who was also very helpful. Thanks Team would definitely recommend.

I enjoyed my experience, due to staff being friendly and understanding . I felt very comfortable and understood. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone. I got lipo and a BBL done, so as you can imagine that was quite scary. But the medical team are very calm and reassuring.

My only issue was the availability of staff after my surgery. I was placed in a room and was only checked on once during my 3 hours recovery. I had to call a nurse to ask if I could discharged.I was fortunate that my husband was with me.

I was well looked after from the moment I arrived at the clinic, to the time I left late on the Tuesday, after my stiches were removed.
The nurses & staff were lovely, & made my surgical journey as smooth and stress free as is possible. The doctor is skilled & caring, so also highly recommended. One thing I should also mention is the skill of the nurse administering the anesthetic, as I barely felt any pain. So a special thank you to that lady, who was also attentive throughout the process.
