If you're looking into this, my main takeaway is about the coordination. My coordinator, Veronica, was absolutely amazing, providing 100% full support from the very first message I sent. Every single question I had about my CT of the paranasal sinuses was answered, and the replies were always very, very fast. This responsiveness made the entire process feel well-managed and clear. Everything was straightforward. I am now in early recovery, and the service provided by the coordinator, the staff, and the clinic itself was consistently good from start to finish.

I arrived early and was seen straight away. All my tests and scans for the male check-up were done professionally and quickly. Once completed, I went for a quick coffee and within an hour was seen by the consultant to run through all the results. He gave me recommendations for further consultations which I took, leading to an MRI and other future tests. Again, I got the results back straight away and had them explained to me. There were no real negatives. Everything was handled with professionalism and speed.

My main worry before travelling was the potential language barrier. It was a bit of a challenge, as more widespread "English speaking could make communication easy," but the coordinator was great and we managed. The clinic itself was impeccable. I can honestly say the "Staffs are beyond awesome. Clinic is super cleaned." I had PRK surface laser surgery on both eyes, and it was reassuring that the surgeon personally performed the procedure. The aftercare guide provided was very clear, though there has been little contact since. For future patients: definitely bring a pair of sunglasses and download a translation app. Doing your own research on the procedure will also help you understand what's involved.

The biggest disappointment was the clinic itself. I have no complaints about the doctor and the staff; they were professional and attentive. However, the conditions of stay were simply appalling, and unfortunately, this completely overshadowed all the positive impressions of the medical staff's work. It is very disheartening. No matter how good the doctor is, the environment you are in plays a huge role in the entire process. Ultimately, despite the team's competence, I cannot give a high overall rating due to the state of the clinic, which made the entire experience extremely negative.
