I would like to say a big thank you for a job well done. Dr. Ergin Er is a talented surgeon. I am very glad that I trusted him. I am very satisfied with the result of the operation, although only 10 days have passed since the operation.

Complete face lift is not an easy proceed. It was without any pain at all long. The after surgery mask wearing is naturally uncomfortable and create difficulty to sleep. The medical staff for two days in the clinic doing good job and keep me under very serious medical surveillance. The clinic is very clean and I have not any problem to recovery, no eventual infection.

I liked the doctor, he is not verbose, he knows his job and is definitely a professional! I would especially like to mention our interpreter Varvara. She was on call 24/7 for any small problems and questions. My sister and I were surrounded by care and attention. Thank you! For the co-ordinated work of the whole team! From the punctual drivers to all the surrounding staff.

The clinic is wonderful! From the moment the interpreter contacted me before leaving until the last transfer. Met, identified in the hotel. The clinic itself is modern. Friendly, professional staff. Very clean and comfortable. I had a spacious single room with a toilet and shower. I was with my husband. So they took care of him too. They brought food. There was a folding chair for him in the ward. They brought him a set of bed linen, so that it was convenient for him to spend the night next to me. The operating professor came into the ward. He made the markup, explained in detail what he was going to do, answered all the questions. And in general, as the result showed, it was the ideal choice of the operating surgeon! Anesthesia was given before the operating room. Therefore, I do not remember the operation at all. I came to my senses already in the ward. I was already wearing the correct size compression bra. I got everything I needed through a drip. I don't remember being in pain! I will not describe the whole process, but the next day I returned to the hotel. The catheters were removed the next day. They gave me the necessary medicines. I took five days of antibiotics. And I drank the painkiller once in the evening, and then I realized that I didn’t need it. The translator was in touch with me all the time, answered all the questions. The result is very satisfied. Breast reduced perfectly. Everything is done beautifully and proportionately! I finally straightened my back and squared my shoulders, very happy! It was a little disappointing that we were evicted from the room three hours before the transfer to the airport. It was hard after the operation to sit in the lobby for three hours in an uncomfortable chair. It made me very tired. But in general, there are no complaints and the whole trip even exceeded my expectations!

I want to express my gratitude to Nastya, who helped me in choosing a doctor and clinic. She answered all questions quickly. Helped organize my trip. Regarding the clinic, the Chamber was separate. My husband was with me. So he was given a cot and fed. First of all, I want to mention Elvina, my assistant and translator..very pleasant and responsive. I could contact her at any time and get an instant response. The nurse girl staff works so fast that I was already asleep by the time I got to the operating room. I would like to express my special gratitude to Professor Gürhan Ozcan. A very polite person. And his hands are like the paws of a cat. Thanks to everyone who organized this operation for me. On April 15, 2022, I underwent surgery - blepharoplasty + lipofilling in the cheek area. I am completely satisfied with how everything went and, most importantly, the result! Dr. Ergin Er is professional, friendly and I will definitely return to him to do more important surgeries for me. The clinic is quite good, the ward is comfortable, with everything you need. The entire staff is competent and very friendly. Many thanks to Elvina, who helped me in everything and supported me. I also really liked the clear organization at all stages - my medical coordinator, Natalia, prepared my trip, answered absolutely all questions, of which there were a lot. I did face lift in Aesthetics hospital end of June 2021. It’s small but clean facility and the main asset in this hospital are the doctors and staff. My face lift was done by doctor Ergin and although I need long time to fully recover I can see great improvement in my looks. I highly recommend dr Ergin for any type of surgery, he’s kind , understanding and professional. Nursing staff are kind but they lack basic English . Bookimed staff and Abdul from Istanbul took very good care of me and I really appreciate it . Thank you to All
