I had a hair transplant in May 2024. I can confidently recommend this clinic, as well as Dr. Oya Sisman, who led the procedure. Oya is a world-class professional showing the utmost care for patients. Translator Varvara was also a great help. I am very pleased with the results: my hair has grown excellently since the procedure. Operation, Take care service, Hotel, Car Transfer all very good. Totally I satisfied this hospital and care team. When I arrival Airport and Waiting Meeting Point with Hospital Staff, I couldn’t use wifi (Airport wifi also couldn’t used) and couldn’t contact with hospital staff. I think Driver need to wait customer with name sign board. I was lucky and some tour company 2 staff help me and finally I met driver after 30mins later. Totally I appreciate doctor and operation team and Whats app take care team. Dr. Anna and Olga from Bookimed was good support me. When I asked and checked some detail, always reply soon and they did their best. I appreciate big support Thank you for your support and good service.

There is a miss communication between the teamwork. There are some confusions between coordinators' information is not pass through the network everyone is call me to get information from the customer. Needs centralized information system. For example, someone asked me for a deposit of $200 US and when I got to the hospital they did not know about this and I lost my deposited money. Requires dedicated person to deal with. Please put on your website clear instructions and steps to follow for customers. Customers need to know with whom they are dealing on their body and it is good for confidence of the patient if the assigned Doctor take a minute to talk to the customer. Some of your sells people they are not good communicator and they are not give the details for all the process. The team was excellent and work well together. Ege coordinated the whole trip including pickup from airport to the hotel and back. The physician who performed the procedure was very helpful and helped me understand the whole process. She was thorough and efficient and was able to do 4000 grafts using the latest DHI technology for transplant in one day. They brought me back the next day to remove the bandages and ancillary staff cleaned the scalp. I was also provided with all necessary supplies for post-op care including compression band to reduce swelling, special shampoo and moisturizer. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Istanbul aesthetic and highly recommend them to anyone looking to get high quality hair transplantation.

Après avoir vu les photos avant et après J en suis arrivé à la conclusion qu il était plus proche du magicien que du chirurgien esthétique.S est vraiment très impressionnant.Bien sûre,Je n ai pas encore le rendu final car les opérations ont été effectuer il y a peu près 10 jours.Mais sur ma proche expérience,je ne peux que conseiller cette clinique et son équipe

In November 2019 I had my procedure done. Firstly I must say this place is top notch. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is very clean and pleasant. I love my new hairline and can’t wait for it to grow in fully. Anton and Abdul are we’re very helpful through the entire experience. The hotel they booked is walking distance from the facility. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for hair transplant.
